Despite my only being a potential customers and month(s) away, they (specifically Madhova- sorry I probably spelled that wrong) was incredibly responsive and helpful using the Yelp messaging feature. In fact, on several occasions I would submit a message in the evening or over a weekend expecting a response back the next day or next working day (which I am fine with) and I would still get a response back quickly. The team was friendly and patience and very easy to do business with. It was easy to schedule a job, the waiting room was very comfortable and the job excellent. The windows look as good as if it came from they manufacturer that way. And they did NOT try to upsell. Definitely plan to use them again.

They spend like an hour doing my detailing and waxing, and I have no words to describe how good I felt when they gave me my car back. It was spotless (considering the situation that my car was to begin with). Brought the car in, they retinted the 2 windows, then upon pickup they told me the price was $225. This was a surprise since we were told $100 over the phone. Not to mention they had marketing displays up for basic retint of an entire car for $150, premium tint for $175, and superior tint for $250. But yet somehow retinting my 2 windows was more than the cost of tinting an entire car and more than double what was quoted over thephone. When I asked about the prices on the display boards I was told "those prices are not correct, they have gone up, have you gone to Publix lately and seen the prices?" in sort of condescending way. Overall bad experience. This seems to be a common trend based on some of the other reviews...
