I swear, they are so dumb that if you poked them in the eye, it would take a full 5 minutes for them to process it and say, " Hey, that hurts. " I wanted to go upstairs to pay. You have to get someone to summon the elevator. As god is my witness, I thanked the man 3 times, and he never acknowledged my thanks. You know, like you're welcome. I was not happy, so I said it again. No need to thank me, I am just doing my job. Idiot, you are in customer service; it is your job to acknowledge praise. So I get upstairs and lo and behold, no one is there. Push the button for help. After three pushes, I decided to call them and ask for service upstairs. Oh, you are upstairs? We will send someone up. Someone had a lame excuse about how busy they were. Too busy to take my half a grand for membership? They are, to my knowledge, the closest range to me where I don't have to drive for a half hour. I am waiting for the day another range opens, and I can leave these boors behind.

I've often thought about owning my own surf ski, and this outing only reinforced that idea. They're so much faster than standard kayaks, and the ride is exhilarating. My family and I had a great time kayaking with Nauti Exposures. My family is from around the area,…read morebut we wanted to do something different and fun, so we decided to rent the kayaks for a day. We planned on kayaking around the mangroves and then spending the rest of our time at the beach. It was 8 of us total and so we brought a lot of equipment with us. EJ helped us load all of our equipment onto the kayaks and then told us what we could do around the area. He mapped out a trail for us for those who wanted to check out the mangroves and advised us on where to set up for the beach and fish for those who wanted to do that. One of family members had to leave early, and EJ was kind enough to meet us at the beach and help us kayak back with our equipment. We didn't even ask! He just showed up, and, oooof, did we need it! If visiting from out of town or looking for something to do, I would highly recommend Nauti Exposures!! Plus! The mangroves and the nearby beach was absolutely beautiful. We saw so much wildlife like turtles, dolphins, birds, crabs, and fishes!

Kayaking with EJ is completely relaxing - he's an expert at what he does, his instruction is easy to follow and you feel completely safe. But it's also like going on a trip with your best friend - incredibly comfortable. His knowledge of the local environment, ecology, local flora & fauna was stunning. We may as well have been on an eco-tour with a biologist. And if you're kayaking for the photos - he takes some amazing shots that your followers are sure to love. There are no shortage of kayaking options in Marco Island/ Naples but you shouldn't waste time with any of the others unless Nauti is booked solid :D I couldn't recommend Nauti Exposures anymore thoroughly.

My mom and I took our first tour with Kim and Trevor on Sunday. I've been shelling since I was a…read morelittle kid. It was always a race of "who's going to find the first periwinkle?!". But if we're talking real talk, my dream has always been to find the Queen of conchs. The Florida state shell and that's exactly what I found! I couldn't have done it without help. Kim and Trevor were awesome tour guides. This memory is definitely one for the books. The shelling is amazing and you'll find all your favorites, from lighting welks to bandit tulips, to smaller conchs, to whole sand dollars. Kim was very knowledgable and Trevor was nothing shy of a good captain. I highly suggest taking this beautiful tour with the most awesome crew!
