This is HOT! What a beautiful Yoga Studio! Knowledgeable Teachers. Kind and welcoming community. Wonderful experience every visit. Hot Yoga, the Bikram-super hot kind that is practiced in a yoga room heated to 105 degrees with 40 percent humidity is taught here. Surprisingly enough there is no bad smell like most Bikram Yoga Studios. I have also taken the Yin Yoga class they offer on Sunday night. This class is not hot, the air conditioning is on. Very relaxing with a guided meditation. You should see the ceiling they have in their hallway, it is mind blowing. The studio features Local Artists and promotes and sells Art and other items to support the surrounding community. There are two amazing restaurants in the same Plaza that offer delicious Vegan food, plus a kid friendly Pizza spot a few doors down. Plenty of parking. We discovered Arts and Hot Yoga while doing a two week stay in Naples. My husband I took six or seven classes with several different instructors. I've taken hot yoga elsewhere-- and this is at the real deal with great instruction! The studio is very clean, they've invested in sufficient lamps for the space (as opposed to studios who call what they do "hot" yoga, when it's simply "Luke-warm" yoga. There are mirrors as well which are very helpful-- they bring greater awareness to what you're doing. I've attended a lot of yoga facilities in my life and each has it's own special thing, I've never been to a studio quite like this one. The ambience has that certain je ne sais qua that I've just never really experienced. The instructor Rachel obviously knows what shes doing and clearly has trained most of her life and around the world. You can tell shes not just there because it's her job, but because she cares about her class and gives individual attention. She understands that every person is different and actually makes you feel good about it.
