So I went on a search and I had the pleasure of finding Florida FFL owned by Mark n Jan Fiacable, their location just happened to be 15 minutes from home what a great convenience. However that was just the first upgrade I found, their customer service is second to non. On my first visit they made me feel as if we had known each other for years, just what I was looking for, they also had my paperwork ready when I walked in. Mark remembered that they had a new/used 31 rd Glock 9mm mag lying around in perfect condition that they gave me a great price on, which was totally unexpected and I couldn't turn down so a win all around for me. Mark was great with working fairly with me on a gun trade. I happened to have a Glock with less then two hundred rounds threw it and traded it on for a Glock 9mm with only 200 rounds shot. My husband and I just completed the CCW course with Mark Fiacable. The first portion was on-line watching a Zoom recording. When we completed that we set up an appointment and went to Florida FFL to complete the course by taking a verbal quiz and then shooting. As someone who had never held a gun before the entire experience was great and I left feeling comfortable to become a gun owner. I successfully completed the CCW course for Florida with Mark this morning. Mark did an excellent job thoroughly covering firearm safety, do's and don'ts of handling and carrying a firearm. Mark explained the responsibility of ownership in and out of the house with examples and real life situations. The course was interactive and Mark encouraged discussion throughout the training. I would definitely recommend Florida FFL. I purchased a S&W 9mm Shield from them. Mark Fiacable was extremely personable and helpful. (He even applied for my Smith and Wesson rebate for me on the computer before I even left the store.)
