Your staff at college square is so rude. Not a "hi, how are you,doing". Never was there a question asked as to whether we had gas or if we found everything okay. I told her we had gas, and never once did She even acknowledge that I was speaking to her. Cracking a smile seems like it would have been a chore for her. We were in there at 1140am today. I am in customer service too, and it's disheartening to see someone in customer service be so rude, unprofessional, and unfriendly. In fact most of the employees that work there are extremely rude. I typically boycott going there unless I have no other choice. I'd recommend getting friendlier people in there if you expect to have repeated business. Your store emoloyees arent even worth a single star, however I was forced to give it one as it wouldn't let me post this otherwise. read more

One of the cleanest convenient stores in the Brainerd Lakes area. Very helpful staff (I was lost). College Square has that neighborhood feel. read more

Stopped for coffee this am. Signs posted in several spots saying Wear a Mask, Keep Brainerd Businesses Open. Three employees not wearing masks. When I asked them why not. They did not reply or acknowledge me in any way. I will never return there again even though this has been my coffee of choice. Stay away, they don't care about anyone's health. Not very friendly. Talk poorly to customers. I am a student at Central Lakes College and I will never be in to College Square again. They disrespect you and are not fair. Budd McCollough who ironically is the manager is the one who added pictures to this yelp for his own store. WHO DOES THAT? Definitely not going to be in this store again. read more

I really enjoy College Square. Each time I go there, the people behind the counter are friendly and are very respectful. College Square also has a good variety of snacks and drinks to choose from. So if your close to Central Lakes College or just looking for a place to get gas, food and/or drinks, I recommend checking out College Square. read more
