My only complaint is that my can is put to close to the curb and when the big trucks go by the wind they produce causes my can to be turned over, sometimes in the road. I am 75 and in bad health and it is a struggle to get it back up and going. They are better than my mail person who does not always close my mail box door causing the mail to blow all over my yard by the traffic that is going so fast. We contacted JITB for removal services, two white male employees arrived at the job site, took photos and quoted a flat price of $100. After we agreed to the $100, then they changed the price to additional $200 for walking from their truck to the job site, then they went back to the $100 to just cut down a piece of tin and wood does not haul it off. After making two separate phone calls to their boss for approval they started the work, then abruptly stopped claiming, "OUR BOSS SAID WE CAN'T DO IT". When I attempted to ask for an explanation from Tyler he stumped off swiftly, jumped into the truck and left. After their abrupt leaving, I checked the job site and saw that they left debris, I immediately contacted JINTB, and spoke with Angel, who gave me the runaround, I asked for Lisa, whom I had spoke with prior, Angel stated she was unavailable, I then asked Angel for the manager or owners name Angel responded, "I DON'T KNOW". Later I received a call from a Joshua McDaniel who identified himself as the owner. After I detailed my experience, Joshua made excuses, cut me off while talking, provided no resolution, called me DISGRUTLED, and laughed when i told him I had evidence of the $100 price quoted for the job by his employees and that if he wanted a copy of the evidence it would be a fee. I DO NOT RECOMMEND JUNK IN THE BOX if you are looking for honest, professional, and fair dealings.
