They charge by the hour and I requested two people because my stuff was ready to go. The office lady talked me into a third person stating it would complete the job quicker. That definitely wasn't the case. I moved from a two bedroom apartment and garage. Everything in the garage was packed as well. To start the third man comes in telling me he has a hangover from drinking last night, moving slow as molasses. I get my dolly and start moving stuff myself. They were taking one item at a time. I got the dolly and staked three items on it. The third person is hiding talking on the phone in the bedroom arguing with someone, while the other two were working. He was talking on the phone to his baby mother about seeing his kids, you are at work. Then he started crying because she said he wasn't going to see his kids. Then he stopped working completely and went back of the truck and sat down. Later he comes back in and asked to use the bathroom and stayed in there for 35 plus minutes, and because he was still hungover from the night before blowup my bathroom, it was horrible. The lady told me the third person would save me money, he cost me more with me helping. Everything was labeled where it should go. I had to move stuff because he was paying attention. I asked him not to stack stuff so high because I was not going to be able to get down. He told me you are tall. Yes I am, but it's heavy and I don't was to hurt myself getting it down. He was a total waste of money. Mike and his brother did a wonderful job but this was outrageously expensive $1820.00. It took 10.5 hours. If I wasn't paying by the hour it would have went much faster and cost far less. When I moved in to this apartment, my two friends and I unload the same 26 foot truck in 3 hours. Needed some muscle to move a few boxes and relocate some furniture around my house after our military move. Usually my husband and I would try to do it, but he had back surgery last year. I didn't want to push him, so we hired someone else to do the heavy lifting. I spoke with Ginger on and off about the service, price and method of payment accepted. On our agreed upon date, two young men showed up at the agreed upon time. The minimum time allotment was 2 hours and that wasn't a problem. I quickly showed them around and put them to work. They were very respectful and careful with my items. We relocated a sectional, another large sofa, an entertainer from the garage, and lots of boxes. At the end of our time, Ginger was called and she sent an electronic invoice which I was allowed me to pay without providing my credit card info over the phone which is a pet peeve for me. All in all a great service. I wish I knew the fellas that help with my particular move as I'd request the same team. That would be nice. read more

Just needed some PODS units unpacked. Price quoted was fair. The guys that were sent were professional and worked straight through the contracted time. Boxes and furniture moved, items reassembled and washer/dryer hooked up. Very satisfied. I would use these guys again. The best moving experience I've ever had. Receiving a quote and setting up an appointment was extremely fast and convenient. On moving day, the movers gave me a 20 minute heads up on the phone and arrived exactly on time. They took great care with everything while loading the truck and had relatively heavy items settled into a third-floor apartment in no time at all. They could not have done a better job (shout out Brandon and Michael, can't thank you enough!), and I'm lucky they're the guys who came that day. Ginger in customer service was very quick to respond and incredibly professional and kind when we set up our appointment for movers. The two gentlemen that came to pack our household goods into a uhaul for us were polite and professional, however, the quality of their packing was lazy and not worth the money. We packed everything that could go into a box in a box and had taken apart all the furniture that could be taken apart ahead of time, we only needed them to wrap the furniture and pack everything into the truck. I'm beyond pissed about the quality of their packing. We told them this was a military move and we had a long distance to go so we wanted everything packed in tight and protected and now we have new furniture and workout equipment damaged, hundreds of dollars worth. I don't recommend them. To be fair they packed half of the uhaul up very nicely, but right at the halfway point you can see where they got lazy and just started throwing our things in. And I mean they straight up just tossed out stuff in. We provided a ton of moving blankets and mattress covers for everything, they didn't wrap any of our dining room chairs and they didn't use one of the mattress covers for a mattress and on one of them they did use, they didn't tape it so it got stained and dirty from the move. Y'all can see from the pictures how the chairs look thrown in & how they tossed our brand new mattress in the truck, because of the way they packed it it got punctured and now we have a hole in a brand new mattress. They tossed in parts of the bed and left a good chunk of it unwrapped so a lot of our beds have been scratched up. They also didn't wrap my husband's metal rogue squat rack with blankets and a ton of the paint was scratched off of it. My husband and I have moved ourselves before (as recently as 7 months ago) and we did a better job with no damage than these so called professionals. Doing it ourselves next time. read more

They were late arriving and did not have necessary supplies to move furniture (no blankets, no shrink wrap, no tie downs, just an empty truck. It was a UHaul truck, not a company truck, and the two men (I had been told there would be 3) offered no ID. I refused service and they left. I had to contact the company twice to get a refund of the deposit. If there was an option for no stars, that would be the rating. read more

I recently moved and used Mighty Titans to help me load and unload the U-Haul we rented. When I first moved to the area, I used Two Men and a Truck and did not have the best experience. I can happily say that this was not the case with Mighty Titans. I asked for a quote on Yelp and Ginger contacted me within 24 hours to answer all my questions. The movers, Anthony and Rick, showed up and didn't waste any time surveying the house and loading the truck. They worked diligently, knew just how to load and unload the truck to fit everything, and were very polite. Everything got to our new house just like it was when we packed it and they helped put the furniture back together. While carrying furniture into the new house, the movers nicked the wall going up the stairs. It was an honest mistake and they were genuinely sorry that it happened. Ginger was quick to help us resolve the issue, and they again apologized for the error. Overall I had a great experience and would absolutely recommend using Mighty Titans. Of note, I used a 26ft U-Haul truck and only reserved the movers for 4 hours when really it took 5 (they just charge you after the fact if you go over). I would recommend at least 5-6 hours if you are going to use that size truck. Also make sure that you get an appliance dolly and furniture pads if you need them. The Mighty Titan movers only bring a regular size dolly and a toolkit for furniture. read more

This is my second time using Mighty Titans Moving company. The process of scheduling the move is pretty simple -- a down payment was processed as a placeholder. The night before the move, I was called by one of the movers to confirm any last minute details/considerations. The two gentleman scheduled for my move showed up to the home on time and ready to begin. For a 1 BR 1BA house, it took approximately 2 hours to load the truck, drive, and unload the truck. They took special attention to protect floors when moving furniture and even went as far to unscrew the legs off of the 3 piece sectional to prevent any damage. This was my first time using a moving service so I was very nervous and didn't know what to expect - but these guys are wonderful! After requesting a quote, Ginger promptly contacted me, set everything up, and answered all of my questions. I was surprised about how easy this part was compared to a few other companies I'd talked to. I put down a deposit (the cost for 2 hours) that day in order to reserve my day/time. My movers were scheduled to arrive Friday between 2-3pm and Anthony and Mike got here right around 2:50pm. Both guys were very friendly and ready to get to work immediately. I'd decided not to have them take all of my furniture because I thought loading would take longer than it did (I live on the 3rd floor of my building), but they were extremely fast! They disassembled my bed & got all of my boxes and everything loaded into the truck in less than an hour. I've already decided to use this company again next weekend because of how easy and stress-free everyone at Mighty Titans made my first experience. Definitely recommend! read more

We hired Mighty Titans to unpack our ABF trailer. From the moment I called Mighty and spoke to Ginger, my mind was at ease. I explained I was a military spouse traveling from AZ to GA without my husband and 4 young children and she said, we will make this move easy on you. Due to hurricane Michael, our trailer was delayed and I had to reschedule our move twice and each time I texted Ginger, she would remind me of her promise to take care of me. Our trailer arrived on Wednesday and our movers came the next day! Chris and Mike exceeded my expectations. Our apartment complex gave us a garage that was far from our apartment and my car was in the shop so I couldn't move my belongings myself. The movers offered to use their truck even though it wasn't part of the deal. Our move took much longer than anticipated and the movers never complained. I honestly felt they were happy to help our family. They handled our belongings with care, fixed things that broke from the move across country, and moved fast.
