They left some furniture peices at the loading address so they couldn't install 1 set. They were nice young men but they did not have the strength to take some of my furniture upstairs.They really struggled. When reinstalling some of the furniture pieces, they were confused on how to put them back together. I called the manager and told him my concerns that these guys may need one other person. But he said he would have to charge me, instead of just satisfying the customer. It got very frustrating for me as a customer. I will never hire these guys again!

They relocated the items to a storage unit. I plan to hire them to clean the house, now that the carpet is installed. Also they will have the job of returning our possessions from storage. This is a fairly new business, so they aren't perfect. They are hard working, fast, and responsive. Good value for the money.

I recently moved and used Mighty Titans to help me load and unload the U-Haul we rented. When I…read morefirst moved to the area, I used Two Men and a Truck and did not have the best experience. I can happily say that this was not the case with Mighty Titans. I asked for a quote on Yelp and Ginger contacted me within 24 hours to answer all my questions. The movers, Anthony and Rick, showed up and didn't waste any time surveying the house and loading the truck. They worked diligently, knew just how to load and unload the truck to fit everything, and were very polite. Everything got to our new house just like it was when we packed it and they helped put the furniture back together. While carrying furniture into the new house, the movers nicked the wall going up the stairs. It was an honest mistake and they were genuinely sorry that it happened. Ginger was quick to help us resolve the issue, and they again apologized for the error. Overall I had a great experience and would absolutely recommend using Mighty Titans. Of note, I used a 26ft U-Haul truck and only reserved the movers for 4 hours when really it took 5 (they just charge you after the fact if you go over). I would recommend at least 5-6 hours if you are going to use that size truck. Also make sure that you get an appliance dolly and furniture pads if you need them. The Mighty Titan movers only bring a regular size dolly and a toolkit for furniture.

Unfortunately, after reflecting on the overall experience - and discovering damage at both the home we moved from and the home we moved into - I feel it is important to share my experience. This was not an unusually large or complicated move. At most, we were moving the equivalent of a three-bedroom home, including only two bedroom sets and many holiday/storage bins. Several rooms had already been cleared before the movers arrived, and there was no packing required. Despite that, the move took more than nine hours and ultimately cost us over $2,200. I was talked into adding a 4th person to "speed up the move". That of course did not happen. There were several issues throughout the day. The movers spent a noticeable amount of time on their phones, and the overall pace of the move was extremely slow. Their appearance was also not particularly professional, including having their pants hanging down while working in our home. More importantly, the truck they brought was not large enough to complete the move. They were unable to take everything from the garage, leaving us responsible for moving the remaining items ourselves. What makes the experience more disappointing is that we later discovered damage to both properties associated with the move. Also towards the end my husband had to help them clear the truck because they were taking their time to unload, and the they proceeded to started tossing our items in the garage like it was garbage. Dragging our mattresses on the dirty ground and floor and never wrapped them. When you combine the property damage, incomplete move, undersized truck, slow pace, and the fact that we still had to move items ourselves during and afterward, the service simply did not justify spending $2,200. The booking process was smooth, and I appreciate that they accommodated us on short notice. I did share feedback with the representative Ginger after - she gave $45 off only because they took their time driving from one home to the next. Unfortunately, that was the strongest part of the experience. Based on the execution of the actual move, I would not use Mighty Titans again or recommend them to others.
