5 Stars - Highly Recommend!…read more I stopped into David's Watch Repair with my Rolex Submariner and had an excellent experience. David stopped what he was doing and took the time to look over the watch with me right away. I was concerned about the rotating bezel, and he carefully checked it and confirmed it was functioning properly. I also had an issue with the clasp not closing quite right, which he took the time to adjust and fix for me. He then checked the movement and confirmed that the watch was keeping perfect time. What impressed me most was how knowledgeable, patient, and honest he was. He could have easily tried to sell me on unnecessary repairs or service, but instead he explained everything clearly, fixed the clasp, checked the watch over thoroughly, and didn't even charge me. It's hard to find this level of service and integrity anymore. I will absolutely be bringing my watches to David going forward. Highly recommended!

Second, you already know he knows what he's doing because he's got the reviews and previous customers to prove it. His turnaround time of course varies based on the work load but in this case he resurrected a vintage 1970s Hamilton Chronograph G in record time and boxed and shipped it with tracking before I knew what was happening.
