I have been going to Neil Diamonds for over 40 years and made many purchases big and small. He sent me pictures of the ring as he made it, so it was just what I wanted. Marc is fantastic jeweler and easy to work with on anything that you would like to purchase or even if you're just looking. There is no pressure purchase anything and always teaching you about your purchase along the way. Thank you, Marc, for your help with this present and all the past ones.

I spent $13,000 on a diamond ring from them, only to attempt to resell it less than a year later. Unfortunately, they neither extended an offer nor returned my calls. I visited their store politely multiple times since only to be given the run around. When I tried selling the ring to other jewelry stores, they weren't even interested in giving me an offer. I was informed that I HAD FALLEN VICTIM TO A SIGNIFICANT SCAM. I was even told by a few other jewelers that I would have better luck trying to sell without the certificate since every jeweler knows that EGL rates diamonds 1 grade higher in cut AND clarity. Mark and Howard swiftly took my $13,000, and yet, they refuse to assist me in selling the ring, as doing so would require them to acknowledge the diamond's true quality. I strongly recommend shopping elsewhere to avoid experiencing a similar situation. Ask for a GIA certificate when you shop somewhere els.
