Great prices on their auctions, and they have such a diverse, unique inventory weekly, that it makes it worth going through each page of their auctions. They will have a $1 sale, usually once a month or so, where you go there, and everything in display is a $1. A lot of awesome finds in those, as well. They announce these sales on their Facebook page a few days prior. I've had this happen twice, where I either forgot to grab something when picking up my order, or they forgot to give me something. They called me thst afternoon, and held it until I got there. That's awesome customer service. If you haven't checked them out, I encourage you to do so. You might find that hidden treasure you didn't even know you were searching for!

Since I personally ship delicate glass treasures, I'm fully aware of items that aren't packed adequately. Cheap boxes were used, not enough protection to keep items from crashing together and breaking, an all in all, just a very substandard, careless job. They blamed the post office, even though several other people received broken glass also. They gave one lady a cash refund, but refused to compensate me for my items. (I have a photo copy of the check they sent her) They suggested I file a claim with USPS, and even though I opened a box at the Post Office with broken glass due to improper packing, they refused to except any responsibility for the damage. Please, please don't purchase any breakable items from them. I am heartbroken that these treasured, irreplaceable works of art were destroyed, along with all the money I spent in good faith with this auction house. This is by far, hands down, the absolute worst experience I've ever had with an auction house. BUYER PLEASE, PLEASE BEWARE!!!!!

I have bid on items posted online and attended a few in person auctions with Massart.  Their online…read moresystem is easy to use and they always provide good pictures of the items.  The auctions I've been to in person were well organized and moved quickly.  For auctions at their facility they have snacks and beverages for sale as those auctions can go for quite a while depending on how many things up for auction that day. One time after an online auction, I missed the item pick-up time at their building  and emailed them to see if I would be able to pick them up  the next day.  They worked with me so I was still able to pick up my items, which was really nice of them considering the terms say they have the right to get rid of the items if you miss the designated pick-up time.
