After a few nights I found the mattress was too hard on my hips, making recovery more challenging. The Sleep Shop said they could help with another mattress that would be more comfortable on my hips. Not only were they able to "manufacture" the new upgraded mattress, they also assembled a team to deliver it before end of day. Yes, it cost a little more for the upgrade, but it was worth the expense. I am extremely grateful for the service, quick delivery and the kindness the team personally shared with me and will encourage others to shop at your store.

He explained all of the options, comfort levels, etc. We let him know that these kids were sleeping on the floor, soo he was able to get an opening for a Thursday delivery verses Saturday! We also let him know that they were poor college students & he gave them additional 10% off of the sale price & offered them free delivery to Stevens Point. This was all wonderful...but the most important part of our visit was when my son accidentally overpaid Chris Heufer an additional $20-$25... As my son wasn't aware of & Chris recounted the money & said "Hey, you overpaid me"!!!! Thanks for being so ethical. That is very hard to find these days! Thanks for a great experience! I bought a sofa online from Ashley, but when it was delivered, it wasn't really from Ashley. I was told it was from a store contracted by Ashley to fulfill the item. It looked alright and matched the picture, but when I sat on it, I immediately sank to the frame. The fabric is so cheap and thin, you could probably read a newspaper through it. The clincher, I wanted to return it. But it has to be returned within 48-72 hours. I called Ashley's 800 number, but endless hold music and I never spoke to a person. I sent a few emails and my response was, "Thank you, your email went to a group mailbox and it may take several days for it to be answered. We advise you contact our 800 number if you're experiencing issues with your product." The email was never answered. All I wanted to do was exchange the sofa and get something of higher quality...and actually spend more money with them. I would avoid them. I should have gotten the hint at how bad their products and service was by the fact that you can not rate them on their own site! That should tell you something, reputable places welcome feedback.

Very deceiving from the street. Very nice selections of all interior things you could need! Lots of "lake house and north woods" decor. We picked a bed (lots to choose from) and all of the name brands. They delivered it the next day. After we slept on it we thought it was a little harder than we liked and they replaced it with the next softer model the next day with no hassle or questions!
