And it was my wife's birthday, so I wanted to pick the best for a lunch in town on our cruise stop. And well, she doesn't eat seafood, so she was left to order the Vegetable Barley Soup and the Mac & Cheese so she wasn't thrilled but I've got to say, those two non-fish items were amazing. It would be nice if they offered some other non-fish items. Still, the rest of our seafood eaters loved our dishes. SON OF TIKI DAVE and I shared the Blackened Lingcod Sandwich (with tomato, spinach, horseradish aioli, served on a stadium roll with kettle chips) for $24 as well as the Halibut Roll (Cooked in Butter with Shredded Cabbage, Celery on a Hot Dog Bun and served with Kettle Chips) for $23. The Alaska Odyssey Dome shows 45 minute films about Eagles and the Artic. It is a 270 degree view of the film. When we were there they offered a session with a presentation from the Raptor Center with a beautiful eagle who had been hurt so they live at the center. It was an interactive session where we could ask questions about the eagle. We were so close. The film and the session with the eagle was amazing!! It was about $35 for the experience. Well worth it.
