I found them through my dental insurance and was skeptical because I had gone to the same dentist for nearly 20 years since I was a child and had flipped around from dentist to dentist, not really being satisfied with anyone. I was also skeptical when I called and received a call center employee, who was not the politest of people. But, I've worked for a call center before and it's hard to be cheery in a hellacious setting like that. But once I had made that initial call, every call since then has been linked directly to the front desk. I imagine they have that call center for first time patients because they get calls all the time! It's really a brilliant way to do business. First time patients go through the call center and then move to front desk once they've been seen. My story is a long one and I won't go into details, but the main point is that I had been to a previous dentist for root canal and the crown had apparently been put on incorrectly. I saw Dr. Diamonon, who told me that I had a massive cavity underneath that crown because of it. He took care of the cavity and gave me a brand new crown that feels like a real tooth! (The other one did not but it was my first one so how was I supposed to know?) The staff there are all so nice, too. I have so much fun whenever I go! How crazy is that?! Having fun at a dentist's office? But the dental technicians are a blast and so friendly. I switched to Dr. Hudson because of time and scheduling constraints and he's just as awesome as Dr. Diamonon. Both of them are very knowledgeable and easy to get along with. I still don't like people in my mouth. That'll never change. But I have to say that Sage Dental is one of the best experiences I've ever had and I don't plan to go anywhere else anytime soon.

From the first phone call with a member of his staff (Michelle), I knew I would be comfortable here. Michelle spent quite a bit of time with me on the phone, explaining the process of extractions and implants, and answering all my questions. Dr. Heinzelmann is fun to talk to and makes you feel at ease by explaining each step of what he's doing. The extraction went much faster than I expected and I hardly felt a thing. I've been back 2 more times for my post-op appointment and to get fitted for a nightguard. I appreciate that Dr. Heinzelmann listened to my concerns about my nightguard being a little tight for me and made some adjustments. I totally recommend Dr. Heinzelmann and his entire practice for any periodontal needs.

At that time we were told we to pay or wait till insurance pays for the services to get X-ray pictures. We said we will wait for insurance to pay and then get X-ray pictures. After months and after insurance payment I called and talked to the office. I was told to pay $ 50 each to get X-ray pictures. I said I will not pay but complain to my insurance company.
