There are not enough words to tell readers how pleased I am with my ongoing care. As I had invested significant money in my gums, I made the choice to continue a periodontal cleaning with the practice. Yesterday, I had my 2026 visit with Andrea and Dr. Pumphrey. The deep cleaning was so amazing, my teeth and gums look like something out of a magazine. I even feel asleep almost (twice) - yes, Andrea is that good at what she does. Dr. Pumphrey and Andrea reviewed my gums, teeth, and x-rays Everything is in great shape, stable and ready for another year. If you are looking for a top tier periodontal practice, look no further. It is not going to be your cheapest choice, but the old adage applies here: you get what you pay for. Invest in yourself with this practice! William Levy Alpharetta, GA

She and her awesome assistant Missi put me at ease immediately. They and the entire office staff are genuinely kind people who care about people and you feel that the minute you walk in. I have been in for procedures as well as rechecks and they are all just as helpful, caring, and accommodating whether it's a Monday morning or later in the week. Doctor Baker seems to embrace new technology and procedure changes and adjustments as they come along. I have never gotten the vibe of that old school, resistant to change atmosphere I have found in other offices. As procedures are done, Dr. Baker explains what she is doing and is continuously conscious of my comfort level. Her assistant, Missi knows her stuff and the two of them work perfectly together. Missi is very attentive and concerned about discomfort as well. Even my chapped lips were tended too while I was there. I was also offered a blanket before my procedure. I have always left there with all my questions answered and complete instructions for my aftercare, prescriptions, and a realistic expectation of upcoming pain levels and duration. I also have the Dr.'s cell phone in case I have any issues. I would prefer to not have dental work done at all, but since that's not an option I feel blessed to have found them. This is a great doctor with an awesome staff.. right down to scheduling, payment processing, and acknowledgement of your arrival and departure. If I could I would give them more stars. On the last two visits, I've heard Lucinda Williams, Emmylou Harris, and Bruce Hornsby. (He plays entire albums.) Second and third are Nancy Green and Lori Miller, dental hygienists extraordinaire. I have nothing bad to say about Dr Lee. I never confirmed an appointment. I see other posts that highlights the negative customer service. Following the last unfortunate and unprofessional conduct of the workers at the Lawrenceville location, I called my dentist, Dr. Erin Pickwick, on Tuesday, October 14, for a referral to another periodontist. She recommended Dr David Pearson. Therefore, I disconnected myself from the practice well before Tarra thought it was a good idea.
