Great location and lots of parking! I walked in and immediately greeted by the front staff and they were very welcoming. I get called to the back and the first girl didn't really help with my anxiety cuz she kept prying into my mouth while scanning my mouth then she asked Whitney to come in... she calmed me down, and gave me a step by step and was very gentle. Then she introduced me to Adriana and omg she was amazing! She explained everything to me, suggested cleaning tools, a step by step and recommended a Brazilian cafe. Then Dr Jeffrey Chen walks in and he was super nice! He also explained what he was going to do, my options for my treatment plan and most of all he took his time. He was also recommended by his mom who is my patient at my clinic! Check out was great! I don't remember her name but she had long hair and a beautiful smile. She explained my estimate and answered all my questions! Thanks everyone for making my visit EXCEPTIONAL! I'm definitely recommending!

It took 5 months to get back the OSHA fees and LAB fees which were fraudulently billed by the old owners. So sad that they took advantage of in-network additional billing that was not allowed. For years, I have been waiting for the time that I'd brave myself (and financially ready) to go…read moreback to a dentist and to fix my front top teeth. Finally, I did it! I had the gum procedure + got new crowns for my front top teeth here at Confident. I was kinda nervous to go through with the appointment, but everything just went so smooth- from the front office, easy appointment/financial strategy with the friendliest office Manager Lea, great consultation up until the day of my procedure. Here's the thing... I've been ignoring the fact that my front teeth needed to be fixed bad due to a bad dentist's experience. Yes, sometime my bad teeth would make me loose my confident when I talked to people. But, I was scared to go back to any dentist (plus to think on how hurt it could be, because my teeth AND gum needed some work done). Until one day, I had to take my kids for their dentist appt and met with Dr. Cesar who have so much passion on what he does. Never once I felt like he pressured me that I "should" do this or that for my kids' teeth, but he suggested some thing and helped us planning it out. He was very friendly, gentle and patience with my kids especially with my autistic son Colin. He did not want to stay in the chair, but somehow Dr. Cesar and his team helped to calm him down and stayed there. I just knew that I wanted him to be our family's dentist, and to look over my teeth. :) Well, I'm glad he did! After my procedure, I feel more confident when I talk to people and can't stop smiling big now. Big thanks to Dr. Cesar and his awesome team!! I'd recommend everyone to come here for any dental procedures. The staffs here don't just treat you like a "business" transaction, trust me! They are very friendly, helpful and patience. ConfiDent is a great addition to our community.

Unfortunately, that was not my experience. The way my pain and concerns were handled was extremely upsetting. I felt that my pain was not taken seriously, and I did not feel that the practice genuinely cared about my well-being after such a significant financial investment. As a Spanish-speaking patient, I also felt that I was treated differently and with less respect because of my language and background. I felt discriminated against as a Hispanic/Spanish-speaking patient, which made an already difficult experience even worse. When a patient spends more than $16,000 on dental treatment, they should be able to expect quality care, proper communication, compassion, and respect--not to feel ignored when they are experiencing pain. I would strongly encourage anyone considering extensive treatment here to ask detailed questions, get everything in writing, and consider getting a second opinion before spending a significant amount of money. This review reflects my personal experience and how I was treated as a patient. I sincerely hope the practice takes these concerns seriously and improves the way it treats patients who are in pain and those who speak Spanish.

His assistant, Sejja, attempted to make the temporary crown 2 times on the first visit, but she never could do it, so she had to let Aniah finish the job. Sejja did a really bad job, and the temporary was just barely hanging on the tooth. Two days later, part of the crown came off, so I had to return to the clinic. During this visit, Sejja attempted 5 times to make the temporary, but she still couldn't do it, so she turned it over, once again, to another person to finish the job. In my opinion, this is total incompetence! I have had 10 crowns made at other clinics, and I never experienced this problem before. However, it gets worse from here: Sejja made the mold for the permanent crown, and she also messed that up. The crown has an indention at the top, that makes it extremely difficult to floss the area. When I floss, it creates pain and bleeding in the gum line. She also messed up on the night guard, and it's a difficult fit. This young lady messed up on EVERYTHING she did! I have never experienced this before at any other dentist! I told Arjun Parikh, and he laughed in my face, and he came across to me as arrogant and narcissistic. He told me he stands behind the faulty work that Sejja did. I went to another dentist, and the new dentist told me the tooth needs to be extracted, because I have bone loss, and that I would need a bone graft. THEREFORE, JOHNS CREEK DENTAL STUDIO MADE A CROWN FOR A TOOTH THAT NEEDS TO BE EXTRACTED. I BELIEVE THIS IS DENTAL MALPRACTICE, AND I AM CURRENTLY HAVING THIS In review, here are the problems that Johns Creek Dental created for me: 1. Pain in the gumline, between the two upper right molars, that gets much worse when I eat certain foods that get trapped between these teeth. Before this permanent crown, I never had a problem with food getting stuck between these teeth. 2. Pain between the two upper right molars from flossing in that area. The pain can become pretty bad. 3. Inflammation between those two teeth, mostly caused from flossing, but also from eating. 4. Extreme difficulty flossing between those two teeth, because Johns Creek Dental Studio created a jagged area at the top of the crown, so the dental floss doesn't glide smoothly. Out of the 10 total crowns I have had done from other dentists, this is the only crown that has this problem, so Johns Creek cannot try to say that this problem is normal. 5. A bulky crown that doesn't feel natural, as compared to the other nine crowns, from other dentists. 6. The gum line between those two molars bleeds very easily when I floss that area. I never had this problem with the bleeding before Johns Creek Dental Studio made this crown. I will strongly encourage everyone to stay away from Johns Creek Dental Studio!

"Nice" is a sales tactic; competence is a business requirement…read more When a business relies on superficial friendliness to get you through the door but has poor internal systems to handle basic operational accuracy, it isn't professional. True professionalism means having the competence to execute transactions correctly and the accountability to fix them without forcing the customer to fight through layers of corporate friction. Writing this review is to help potential patients truly understand who Jones Bridge Dental is when issues arise. You only learn the true character of a business when a mistake happens, and this interaction exposes a business that drains its patients' time and energy rather than demonstrating basic professionalism. Because they lack adequate internal systems, the burden of correcting their corporate sloppiness is pushed entirely onto the patient, requiring endless energy, tracking, and friction just to demand basic accountability. I went to Jones Bridge Dental in Alpharetta/Johns Creek for a routine cleaning. I began coming to this practice when it was privately owned by Dr. Leo Eliezer, a model where the owners were directly connected to and accountable for the individuals doing business with their patients. The practice was subsequently sold to a corporation, Heartland Dental. To be clear, corporate ownership itself is not inherently the problem. The issue lies with organizations that allow their operations to become highly undisciplined hiring under-qualified personnel, failing to implement proper training, and lacking the internal capacity to review operational breakdowns or manage the systemic issues that inevitably arise in healthcare practices. Despite these structural failures, these individuals continue to remain in customer-facing roles. While the initial issue stems from an unauthorized charge for a declined service, the subsequent interaction with their staff exposes a systemic failure within the organization. 1. The Core Issue: Unauthorized Billing Prior to my appointment, I specifically declined fluoride treatment in writing. I did not receive the treatment. Despite this clear written directive, Jones Bridge Dental processed a charge on my card for the service. 2. Operational Incompetence and Careless Inquiry Handling The absolute breakdown in customer care began when I contacted the billing department. I called and left a message specifically for the billing team, and Marissa was the one who called me back from that message. If she represents the standard of their billing department, it is terrifying. Instead of performing a basic review of the file, Marissa was entirely lazy with her approach. She confidently insisted that no error had occurred and attempted to attribute the balance to my pending insurance claim for my routine cleaning. She provided this false administrative explanation before even investigating the transaction. Only after I challenged her assertion did she finally do her job, review the account, and explicitly confirm that the practice had billed me for a service never rendered. The error was acknowledged and undisputed, yet rather than taking ownership to fix it, she immediately wiped her hands of the situation and handed me off. 3. Unauthorized Withholding of Funds The office stated a refund request would be submitted, but that Heartland Dental will not release it while I have open insurance claims. That distinction makes the billing issue more concerning. This is not an ordinary account credit created during insurance reconciliation. I specifically declined fluoride treatment in writing, did not receive it, was nevertheless charged for it on my HSA card, and the office acknowledged the error. My funds should not be held as security against a potential future balance on an entirely separate claim. Holding a legitimate account credit until claims are finalized is one issue; applying that policy to money obtained through an acknowledged erroneous charge for a service never rendered is entirely different. The appropriate response is to reverse the specific erroneous charge immediately not retain my HSA funds until unrelated claims finish processing. I demand an immediate refund. 4. Failure of Healthcare Professionalism and Lack of Accountability When I refused to accept this policy, Marissa transferred my call to Charissa (front desk), the employee responsible for entering the original erroneous charge. Allowing an employee to handle an escalation regarding their own error demonstrates a severe lack of management oversight. Throughout the call, Charissa was irritated, argumentative, and repeatedly spoke over me. Rather than acknowledging the practice's mistake, she chose to recite a policy that doesn't apply to my situation. Instead of using critical thinking or looking at the actual context of the situation, she weaponized the "policy" as a shield to hide behind because she was annoyed, irritated to do her job, and simply wanted the uncomf

He called me two hours after his appointment and the first thing he said was "where did you find this place?" In my head I was thinking 'oh no here it comes,' but instead he continued that it was the greatest dental experience he's ever had. His appointment lasted two full hours and included X-rays and careful inspection of each tooth. They cleaned and polished his teeth, discussed his gum health, taught him how to better care for his oral hygiene, and even included a cute little dental kit. He was thrilled and came home with a big goofy smile. He was told he has 12 (TWELVE) cavities and needed them filled. He's scheduled for another appointment next week. But after reading the reviews below about this dental practice pushing unnecessary procedures on patients, especially about the patient who was told he had a bunch of cavities and decided to get a second opinion, I'm iffy about it. He had 3 filled earlier this week, and came back (once again) about the great service and informative staff. I'll be scheduling my own appointments there soon enough!
