After searching and calling a many other services without any success, we finally received an immediate response from Robert, the owner of Professional Electrical Services, who patiently listened to us, explained what needs to be done for safety, and then said that he will come first thing in the morning next day to evaluate the problem. Next morning he was here as promised, and said that the whole panel needs to be replaced. He provided us with a price quote which was fair for us and much less, comparable to other similar services in the industry. On Saturday, the team arrived before the specified time, and work was finished as planned; they were knowledgeable, and installed the new circuit quickly and neatly and at the quoted price. Robert and Zach are very professional and easy to work with; very responsive and helpful: they understand the situation and care to help as soon as possible. They were happy to spend an additional time and explain anything we need. We really lucked out finding these services. Very Good Electricians and Very Good People! We definitely will use them again (if needed) in the future and highly recommend these excellent services! Elena and son Philipp.
