Even though I showed proof of residency and my lease agreement, they gave me no grace and still held my car hostage until I paid. When I asked for their contract with my complex, they refused to provide it until I got the police involved. That says everything you need to know about how shady this company operates. Their so-called "lot" is in the middle of the boondocks on a dark, janky road with no lights, definitely unsafe if you have to go at night( DON'T!!!)And don't believe their claim about being 24 hours; that's a straight up lie. My old fob wouldn't unlock the doors anymore, even with my changing the battery.
