From beginning to end, this office was exceptional. Professional and friendly staff! I was first greeted and given a few forms to complete. Melissa then brought me back--she is AMAZING. She immediately helped me feel comfortable and calm, and talking with her really eased my nerves. She stayed with me the entire time, continuously checking on me throughout. When the doctor came in, he thoroughly explained the procedure. Melissa applied numbing cream, and then the doctor administered the anesthetic injections. I didn't feel the pinch at all--I was actually waiting for it and never did. During the procedure, I felt no pain whatsoever. I could hear and smell the drilling, but there was no discomfort. I kept my eyes closed the entire time and felt completely at ease. It's now been about four hours since the appointment. The numbness has mostly worn off, and I'm experiencing some sensitivity, which I was told is normal and can last a week or two.
