I've visited the Cole Haan store in Wrentham several times, and it always feels like they have the same selection every time I go. A lot of the products look like they are made specifically for the outlet, and they feel different in quality and style compared to what you find in the regular Cole Haan retail stores. I called the store at 3:24 PM today to confirm hours of operation. The person said 7 PM. I make the hour drive, arrive shortly before 6 (about 5:57) to have an associate lock the door after letting a customer out and locking the door aa she could see me approaching. She then turned around and walked off. I used my nails to tap on the glass door. She turned around with an annoyed expression and returned to the door. I informed her and showed her my call log of my call to the store today showing I called. I told her I drove nearly an hour to get to the shore. She restated what I said to another associate at the register. The associate at the register (the manager allegedly named Jessica) never came to the door and stated she was in the process of closing the last register. No regard. I called corporate and hopefully they'll get some training to match the brand name. read more

Cole Haan has become one of my favorite designer brands. Previously I've purchased their products in department stores or online, so I was thrilled when I discovered the Cole Haan outlet just minutes from where I work. The store is clean, organized and everything is pretty easy to find. It seems that this store's focus is on shoes and not handbags. Cole Haan has everything from heels to flats to boots. Some of their shoes are even produced with Nike Air for extra comfort. Just check the bottom of the shoe, Nike Air ones will have an orange Nike Air logo on the shoe. There are two sections dedicated to women, and a section in the back for men. But the wayyy back is my favorite part of the store- the clearance room! In the clearance room the shoes are a bit less organized, but you can find some great deals in the mess. The customer service is okay. The sales people are a little standoffish until they realize you're serious about buying something. If you purchased the coupon book (AAA members & military get this book for free), there is a coupon: $50 off $250 or more. You can also get coupons by signing up for their email list. read more

The purchase was fine but one of the wallet is damaged. The manager was pleasant and told me to send it back and will reimburse me the shipping too. However, the tracking showed it was delivered on 4/18 but when I called on 4/22, the store said they haven't received it yet. Update: the manager called to say that the package went to the management's office. A few days later, the refund appeared on my cc a/c. However, the amount isn't correct. Comfortable stylish shoes that will last a long time. The leather is very soft and you need to take care of it or it will get fine tares in it or scuff easily. They are very expensive, considering they're made in China, but well worth it when purchased at the outlet or on sale. read more

Apparently, my husband and I were waited on by the same sales woman as Vicki B. Older woman who acted like we didn't belong in there. She treated my husband like he was in there to shoplift. She acted like I was bothering her and being ridiculous to ask her to check the stock room if they had another pair of the sneakers I wanted. One of the pair on the sales floor was defective. Then when she said they didn't have any others and she'd have to order them, she kept shaking her head and making sarcastic remarks. I said I've had enough and walked out. It turns out her rudeness actually saved me $10. I went on Amazon and found the same sneakers for $10 less. Thanks to the one who looks like Morticia Adams 10 years after they dug her up. read more

If your feet need special attention or you need someone who really knows how to fit your feet to the proper shoe, this isn't the place to go. I wasted time and money purchasing shoes that I will never wear again. I was leery of going to a factory outlet shoe store. While I wanted a pair of Cole-Haan shoes, I was concerned that I would get more of a sales person than someone who could properly fit me to a pair of suitable footwear. Yep, I got the sales person. She was very nice but wasn't helpful when it came to advising me on the best fit. The shoes felt ok taking a few steps around the store but after wearing them for a day or two I realized I made a terrible mistake. I admit, I do share some of the blame for the purchase. Good prices but be careful when shopping there. My husband and I purchased coats today. One of the coats were on a rack that said $149. When we reached checked out, we were told that the coat was $199. When I addressed this to the manager, she told us that she was told to place the coats on that rack even though the price of the coat was more than the price stated. The manager refused to acknowledge the price on the rack. I can't imagine who told her to place the coats there but if you shop there, be sure to check the price of the item before you purchase it as this seems to be something that the commonly do. read more
