To start, they brought out bread and oil to eat prior to our food arriving. It was cold. I genuinely believe it came straight out of the fridge, since the room was warmer than the bread. We both order the wagyu burgers and I got a beer. $25 a pop. I was hoping it would be a solid burger but it genuinely so boring. The bacon looked like it was boiled. If I were on the west coast, I would rather have gone to in n out or shake shake here. Fries were also mid. I'd also like to add: when booking a reservation with them, I was asked, "is this for a special occasion?" to which it was my girlfriends birthday. While I am not entitled to anything free, I think it is weird that it was asked but not recognized in any form such as a "happy birthday". On the positive, our service was kind and attentive. The ambience is nice. I would never go here again. It was $70 for two extremely average burgers and one beer.
