Love Cold Stone! This location is really convenient to get to and always has speedy service. My favorite is the coffee lovers! I get it every time. It has coffee ice cream, caramel, nuts, etc. It's creamy and always hits the spot. This location is open pretty late too. When everything else in this area closes, Cold Stone is still open! When I went previously the service was fast and my ice cream was well mixed but the staff isn't very friendly. I got a coconut ice cream with strawberries and graham crackers which was a nice combo of toppings. I went this time and got the sweet cream ice cream with Kit Kat pieces which weren't chopped up much. My partner got the French vanilla ice cream with banana but there were barely any pieces of fruit in it. The staff got my order out so quickly because they didn't seem to care. It's understandable considering it doesn't seem like the most exciting job. However, it would be nice to receive a generous amount of the add-in topping since we pay a premium price for hand mixed ice cream. Why not?? After having the worst experience of my life at Dunkin so happy I was dragged to get some ice cream on my birthday. Jose the manager was customer oriented. As soon as I walk in with my birthday balloon he wishes me happy birthday. He went out of his way to helping me. He directed me to the app for the birthday reward. Firstly, I love coldstone in general BUTTTT... I came in the other day after ordering a specialty photo cake and I could not have been happier!! They messaged me double checking what image I wanted on the cake and they had free reigns on most of the cake details. I picked out the basics like the frosting color and the flavor of the cake,but, whoever made the cake went above and beyond. Everything went with the theme of the cake and even the font was matched perfectly, it was just 100x better than I could have imagined and the person the cake was for was beyond happy as well. I really love cold stone. They are my to go to for ice cream chain creameries/restaurants. I've been here about 30 times and never had a issue. My most recent visit since the pandemic really left me with a sour taste in my mouth. Every other time I would easily give 5 star but the topping I selected (snickers). It tasted very weird. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN. Charged me over $8 for a small milk for my 1 yr old son. When your son runs out of milk and you say oh here's an ice cream store that makes shakes so they have gallons and gallons of milk. Health Code Violation. If I could give a no star review, I would. I stopped by the Cold Stone Creamery in White Plains, NY recently and decided to get 2 scoops of ice cream (2 different flavors) in a cup. My server was a young girl who scooped the ice cream without gloves. Her finger nails were long and polished. Her finger nail was digging in the ice cream as she scooped. I was shocked and disgusted at what I was seeing. I asked her if gloves was optional for employees. She mumbled something. I promptly told her I would not be taking the ice cream she just scooped without gloves. As I write this, I am still disgusted. Staff training is needed. read more

We stopped an got yogurt here after eating. It was good. The staff was kind of rude. They rushed us along as if there were other people in the store while we were. We were the only two customers at the time. They acted like it was the end of their shift. It may have been, but we should never know that. The yogurt wasn't my favorite. Horrible customer service. Ibcame in for some ice cream along with my co-worker and a few of our clients that are apart of our nonprofit organization and the worker at this location by the name of Johnathan was very rude. He kept referring to the price board when someone asked for the price of something. He didn't offer a taste of the ice cream flavor when someone asked "what it was". When I went to pay for my purchase I presented him with a tax exempt form from my organization, and he told me he didn't know how to do it. I asked him to ask the manager. That's when Johnathan walk to the back to ask the manager and came back to tell me that tax exempts where not excepted. Now I know that's not true because we come to this location weekly with our youth and use the tax exempt. He was asked to call his manager where he was hesitant to do so. He told me I can come back on Thursday to correct the charge. I asked him again to call his manager so I can pay and be on my way. After what felt like an eternity he calls the manager and the manager walks Johnathan thru the steps on how to do a tax exempt. It's safe to say o will not be patronizing this location again, and I'm going to call corporate to inform them of this incident. read more

Then went on to tell all of his coworkers, which I can hear by the way, as I am waiting for him to put the gloves on.
