Lucious and creamy, met with the proper and desired coloring. Overly green pistachio gelato utilizes too much food coloring and usually doesn't even have real pistachios in them. This one clearly had real pistachios by the looks - and spoiler alert - could confirm by the taste. (She also divulged that they import their pistachios from the homeland in order to get this lovely textured tasty triumph. Love the respect for the game.) My galpal had the salted caramel which she was thoroughly impressed with. As was I. We also had some sorbet samplings, which they are more than happy to hand out!
