NY doesn't have many freestanding Ben & Jerry's left so it is nice to know we have one not too far in Mt. Kisco! My cousin and I decided to stop after dinner on our way home. I didn't end up ordering anything but I was very tempted to get some pints to go. The freezers are stocked with hard to find flavors! Hubs ditches ice cream every time if Raspberry sorbet is offered. So on an oppressive Saturday afternoon in Mount Kisco's winding roads, we stumbled here for his loaded 2 scoop cup. The only other Ben & Jerry's I used to visit was in NYC's Upper West Side in Amsterdam or Columbus like 25+ years ago that was a storefront but with a welcoming parlor appeal. This location however, has a sleepy town feel in its own stand-alone space, a few picnic umbrella tables outside with no indoor seating. Deck of cards hubs purchased from B&J's collection came handy when we spotted a shaded picnic area afterwards and went all in with playing a few games. But the star of the show was hubs' Raspberry sorbet that had a good balance of raspberry tartness and sweetness that was the absolute bomb. read more

Love this place! So glad I found it. I came here for ice cream and to check out this location. I'm glad i stopped by! This location has plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. The employees were friendly and helpful. I tried the mocha and chocolate therapy. The chocolate therapy was incredibly delectable. I'm so glad that I tried it. The small size was just the right amount and still plenty of ice cream. I'd definitely come back here again! read more

My friends and I came today, and all three of us got milkshakes. Our milkshakes were all different flavors, but the straw made it taste like fish. After taking out the straw, it still tasted awful and had the remnants of fish in my mouth. It was also very milky it wasn't the thick shake that I was craving. Because of this it was basically an edible, and it tasted like I drink fish. My stomach is now aching. I would not recommend getting a milkshake. All my other experiences with Ben & Jerry's ice cream have been fantastic. I simply will just never get a milkshake again or put the straw on it. I'm not sure if it was a milkshake, or the straw. Praying for a better ice cream next time in a better experience because I was really looking forward to this. read more

My first time in an actual New England Ben & Jerry's. I like the fact that it's an actual shack... in the middle of upstate New York... the ice cream was as expected. Speculoos flavor was pretty good, tasted just like Speculoos cookie butter at Trader Joe's. read more

This place is so poorly run. I went in with a coupon for a free cone, didn't expect any issues. The lady working behind the counter inspects it and calls over her co-worker (I can hear her calling it fake) before telling me she's never seen a coupon like the one I had before, so she can only give me 10% off (why 10%...). I'm confused and tell her I didn't make it at my house or whatever she thought, and there's no expiration date on it. The people I'm with order and I'm just standing there waiting at this point. The lady then says ok we'll give you 50% off, clearly just pulling numbers out of the air because she has no idea what to do. I'm speechless, just wondering how you can say no to a completely real coupon. Minutes later the lady comes back and says she can honor the coupon. I get my ice cream and get the hell out of there, certainly having no intentions of ever returning to this establishment. Bunch of clowns. read more

Best ice cream experience ever!!! I have a nut allergy and the young lady assisting me was extremely pleasant. She took all of the necessary precautions by cleaning the utensils and even opened up a new batch of ice cream for me. Everything was fresh and definitely worth the trip up. The site says that it's open until 10 but when we arrived at 9:30 they were closed. We drove 30 min to get to this location and are very disappointed that they were closed. We will be going somewhere else from now on. The employee that was on staff saw us outside the door and he laughed when he saw us try to get in. Not good customer service. read more
