Absolutely horrible experience. It took 45 minutes to make my ice cream order. Placed an order online and they didn't put 2 waffle bowls in the bad. Store was understaffed and the work area behind the register was chaos. Ordered 4 ice creams to go and they were made sloppy, barely mixed and minimal toppings. Need to do better when you're charging almost $10 for ice cream. read more

I enjoy this cold stone. the employees are hard working. i do feel like this location could benefit from either being more employees or either closing its dinning room or drive thru earlier so that the few folks that work that late shift are always slammed. they tend to seem overworked and rightfully so frustrated. some customers haven't been the nicest to them read more

When I was a kid, I remember going out for ice cream as a special treat with my parents and the atmosphere was always a happy one. If you're looking for that type of experience, look elsewhere. Employees here are are so miserable, the negative energy almost seems to rub off on you. Not a smile in sight. Employees seem inconvenienced at the simple idea of doing their job or helping the customers. The staff at this location was extremely nice. I love a place with great customer service! The guy creating my ice cream concoction was nice enough to ask if I wanted the whipped topping mixed in or put on top. I opted for neither and he asked if I wanted something else instead. Just the fact that he even asked was awesome. They were also pretty fast which is always a plus. I would definitely come back to this location again. read more

The window for the ice cream looked as if it had never been cleaned in years. Arrived on the 2nd of April around 1030 pm. Saw that the dining too was closed, lights were off. Went around to the drive through (lights were off) but someone came to the speaker. Husband and I politely asked if they were still serving and the man very rudely said "no we are closed". According to website and google they do not close until midnight. Filed a complaint with the cold stone corporate customer service sheet. Got a call back from a gentleman saying he wanted to speak to me about the experience. Make a long story short I told him the experience and he proceeded to argue with me and tell me that they close at 11 and that it was googles fault they haven't changed the hours online. He said that he will "speak to his employee" about why we were told they are closed. No offer to reconcile the situation, no attempt to even make me feel like he cared. As I told him and I will tell all of you, DO NOT GO TO THIS COLD STONE/Tim hortons. They are rude, and care nothing for the customer. I'll stick to my regular spots. I came through a couple weeks ago to grab some ice cream on the way home from the hospital. I was on crutches and couldn't walk very well. I was told because they were busy I had to come inside to get an ice cream. I told them I was on crutches and they said they couldn't allow me to order. That is completely insane to me. I went to this location last night after promising my son I would take him out for ice cream. I am extremely disappointed in the rudeness and lack of professionalism in the staff here. The couple in front of me ordered. The young girl waiting on them went to hand off his ice cream. The man stated he had wanted a waffle cone. To which her reply was "that's not what you ordered. You didn't tell me that." Instead of making it right..she literally stood there and very rudely argued with the guy. Finally she said in the most condescending of tones "which waffle cone do you want". After they paid and left, I was waited on. The girl that waited on me was super nice...offering multiple samples to my picky child. As I finished my order I stood at the cash register while many employees walked past seemingly wandering aimlessly. Nobody smiled..greeted me..cashed me out ..nothing. As I was standing there, I had to listen to rude girl loudly proclaiming she didn't get said guys order wrong and how could she have. I have a tip for you...don't talk about customers in earshot of other customers..it's rude..! If it weren't for the child I promised ice cream standing right there excited for his treat, I would have walked out and went to Dairy Queen. Disgraceful. You guys need Zingtrain. Stopped in for ice cream the other night. Been to this location once before and this time will be the last - super rude staff. Went to this location today on Easter Sunday Linda made my ice cream on a dirty counter didn't clean it before she placed the ice cream on it, it had old chocolate ice cream on it already was very nasty. I asked her if she if she was supposed to scrape it clean before she made a new order she shrugged her shoulders and asked me if I wanted my whip cream mixed in or on top she was rude from the beginning and when I told the manager she told me that the other side was clean which it wasn't posted it on my Facebook page and everyone said it looked disgusting so I wasn't the only one. The manager Summer very fair skin heavy set could careless she didn't apologize or anything had a nonchalant attitude about the situation. Incompetence abounds. I will say that they were slammed for national ice cream day and that this location is a Tim Horton's. That doesn't excuse the horrible experience that myself and my wife had. We ordered 2 "Gotta Have It's" and they were low on the cookies and cream ice cream that the specific item called for. The kid started what I thought was 1 of them, and after he was done mixing everything, he divided it in two and put it in two separate containers. He then proceeded to get the ice cream bin out and scrape it until he almost filled both containers. I understand that he was trying, but I go to Cold Stone to get ice cream mixed with ingredients, which in this case was peanut butter and reese's cups. Not to get half mixed, and half unmixed. 45 minutes after arriving, we left without any ice cream. Not a good Sunday at all. read more

I was planning on ordering a cake online but per the website it stated they usually have the cake I wanted in the store ready for pick-up. And when I arrived at the store the cake I wanted, Cookies and Cream was available and in a couple sizes. The staff was helpful and friendly, they offered to put a message on the cake as well. And the cake was amazing! This was my first Cold Stone cake and I am impressed and will purchase more ice cream cakes from Cold Stone. The cost was not much more than a standard cake from a grocery store. One of my favorite parts of the cake aside from the ice cream is the chocolate cake, it's delicious! A must try if you are in the market for a cake. read more
