I came in excited to get the new Kirby Ice Cream since I'm such a huge Kirby fan. I've not have many poor experiences at Cold Stone prior. When I came in, I was the only customer. The two employees were watching a movie with headphones on in the back. Shouldn't there be employees on the floor when customers come in? When they came out after 5 minutes of me asking for help, they were really annoyed that they had tk help. I asked for a medium of the Kirby themed sundae. I asked for a themed cup because I was having a bad day and wanted to brighten it up. They gave me a small size when I asked for a medium. I left them a tip. The rude girl slid my ice cream across the counter and proceeded to call me an asshole. The boy told me I was a bad customer when I asked for a medium instead. How am I a bad customer I was charged for a medium I should get that size. Wouldn't recommend this place until the staff gets retrained and has better customer service.

Moldy rotten $7.99 apple

Purchased an almond caramel apple. It was moldy and when I returned to the store for a refund, the counter person did not know how to refund my purchase. He told me I would have to call the manager and come back.

Of Course you get five stars!!! this is my favorite place of all time! whether i get my like it sweet cream ice cream, brownie, and extra on the caramel sauce or I pick up a 32 oz pre-packed Cake batter batter batter, I always end up happy! They hardly sing here though, if you want singing times square is your best bet.

Long lines but they move fast. My entire family loves the ice cream here. An always rotating menu…read moreof flavors along with the classics means that there is something for everyone. Parking can be challenging on busy summer nights but we will usually find a spot. There are plenty of tables as customers rotate out quickly but never feel rushed.

Royalty to apparent royalty - LB came to pay his respects to the self proclaimed sir King of Kone…read more A Westchester staple for many a year, I found that I simply had to make the trip up to the boondocks of Westchester (all relative, zero disrespect.) The scenic route up adds to the mystique of what you hope to be a mystical ménage a trois of flavor, texture and relief from the great icy meal known as ice cream. It was a Sunday afternoon, in June... I lied, it was July. But it's July now? Keep up. Daunting day. The sky filled with thunder and water to wash away the spring of heat that leaped us into proper summer. Tan - looking like the man - I toss on my beater and jump in the whip with my foreman (forewoman.) We set off for our journey knowing we had a time limit - I needed to return to see the Norwegians Renaissance. The dismantling of the Joga-Bonitoless Brazilians. The beauty and cruelty of calcio. So I skip-to-the-Lou my darlings... we park in a strange parking lot and line dance our way to an ever growing crowd on a strange day and time and weather for people to be here. However, must I remind the folks... the line was full of Westchesterites crawling through a desert for a dessert. Yes you read that right. Westchester is a dessert desert. No truly top tier ice cream - all, in my experience, relatively good/great. And so, although the king karries the name... you could label me as suspicious. Exceedingly, not relatively, suspicious As the Inspector Clouseau I am, lovely weather we are having... I knew my suspicions were likely reality. It was likely that a starved civilization of Westchester, desperate for an amazing cold cream would overhype a nostalgically good option to stardom. So, my final thoughts. Is it fatal? If so... how fatal? Good question, and better answer coming... as always. Stay with me here I'm going to go rapid fire - In dire need to wrap this up. This is good ice cream. It's not great. It's not worth a 30 min drive. The price is simply outrageous. Up there with the greatest price gauges I've seen. If you want to argue there's no quality ice cream shortage in the county then tell me how in Katonah, King Kone is charging these prices? And finally, the staff here is INCREDIBLY RUDE. Read my reviews. I rarely even mention the service. But if you're the king, you better serve me like I'm a queen. This staff is disappointingly brutal. If I'm in a pinch I'll flinch before giving this place my Da Vinc. It's good. It's not a great. It's not King. It deserves its Kone but not it's Krown. I'm tickling to give this joint 3 stars for the full experience but I'll stay impartial. I'll stay real. I've give ya a good deal. A lucky 4. A clover... I'll maybe be back - but this review is over.

Great variety of frozen yogurt flavors and toppings. The space was big with plenty of seating…read morearound the place. The staff had a mini vacuum to clean spilt toppings on the counter in between customers which made the place feel extra cared for.

I'd come here every couple of weeks sometimes with friends and enjoyed the frozen yoghurt even…read morethough I thought the price was a little high. They used to have a rewards program with a physical paper card that got stamped every visit, until you filled the card and got a free yoghurt. Some time ago that changed to a system of just giving your phone number. Fine. Today even though I was accumulating points against my phone number I was told I would have to register with an application to maintain the points I accumulated. And if I don't register I effectively relinquish the points I had gathered. This change would have been acceptable once someone got enough point to redeem. But on principle I don't like the idea of being forced into registering for something I don't want after I was already earning points. If I had just redeemed a free yoghurt and I was told to start working towards my next one, I'd need to register on their app, that would have been acceptable. I could choose to register or not without forfeiting points I already earned. But the approach used was disrespectful, so I will now be looking for alternate place to get my frozen yoghurt fix.
