We went here yesterday and I got the Oreo cream filling ice cream. OMG!! This is now my favorite flavor of ice cream! Picture the taste of the filling I know you scrape off with your teeth when eating Oreos. Wow! Also the ice cream is so creamy and not hard at all. I love having ice cream " my way". At Cold Stone, you may choose your flavor and your topping, and have them mixed into the most incredible sweet treat. The ice cream is super smooth and creamy. This location was very busy, but the employees were working hard and keeping the line running smoothly. They had a special fall creation.... This was my second visit to this location and I was not pleased. First, you can see in the photo that the $5.50 small shake is missing about 2 oz of product. There is a dome on the cup for a reason!! Second, the employee did not ask me if I was a rewards member or offer for me to enter my phone number to get points for the order, so I missed out on that. Solutions...use enough ice cream so that it fills the cup to the rim before adding the whipped topping (the reason for the domed top). Then give the customer the opportunity to gather rewards points to afford coming back to this overpriced ice cream parlor. But seeing as this is my last visit, you can keep the points. read more

Touchfree ordering, online ordering and third party delivery are amazing additions to this already great ice cream store. They make ice cream fresh in the store everyday and it's the most amazing tasting ice cream in the universe! You can add fruits, candy, cakes and more to any ice cream. Don't miss their Signature Creations that are amazing. My favorite is the Banana Caramel Crunch which is French Vanilla Ice Cream with fresh bananas, roasted almonds and the perfect amount of their signature caramel. Literally the worst. I was in there 15mins with one person ahead of me. There was 6 staff and they were all talking and joking. I get having fun, but ignoring the customer is another thing. Came in on a Saturday at 9p.m. and it was packed when we got there and when we left. There were 7 workers for crowd control and they were great! Their positive energy made it an enjoyable experience. I think they could've been a little bit friendlier, but it wasn't the worst customer service I've ever had. I don't normally do ice cream. I much prefer frozen yogurt or gelato, but Cold Stone is a stone's throw from my apartment. They can take the ingredients you want and turn it into a delicious milkshake/smoothie which is what I generally do. I'm a sucker for anything peanut butter, banana and chocolate (mixed together) and they do make a fantastic concoction incorporating those three flavors. When I come here, it's almost always for my husband who orders the most decadent item on the menu. Last time, he ordered some sort of strawberry cheesecake funnel cake sprinkled with ten billion calories and whipped cream monstrosity that made me gain five pounds just from looking at it. read more

They are supposed to close at 11pm, we walked in at 10:24pm and they said they're closed. People around us were eating ice cream, so that was clearly untrue given the fact that it says online they close at 11pm as well. They then proceeded to lock the door while another group was trying to walk in shortly after we left. If you close before 11pm, that would've been great to know before we made the trip! read more

Customer service was horrible. I was one of two customers in the store, the other one was checking out. Two girls stood around while I waited for 5+ minutes without any acknowledgment. Back when this place first opened it was jam packed all the time. The last time I had visited we were the only people in the place but three of many packed into this small shop. Might have had something to do with the crazy heat (and horrible humidity) or perhaps people were just jonesing for some ice cream. I'll warn you that if you've never experienced Cold Stone, you much be in the mood for some sweets as the smell in the place is extremely sweet, almost to the point of it being a bad thing (and that's coming from a guy with a set of sweet teeth!). Regardless of that, I saw a new flavor that I just had to try, Fudge Brownie Batter, wow it was rich and chocolatey, just they way I like it. I got some snazzy signature deal with the brownie batter, a brownie and Oreos. Honestly I could have done without the Oreos but they didn't hurt the chocolatey goodness that I enjoyed. It was the perfect way to beat the heat and satisfy my sweet tooth. It's not something I could do a regular basis, but if you are jonesing for some ice cream and there isn't a Ted Drew's in sight, head on over to Cold Stone, I'm sure you will find something you'll love. read more

I love ice cream and this cold stone is conveniently located near my house. The service and the wait are average. My biggest issue is the place is not very clean. You can see where they have mopped around a floor sign for months without actually moving it. This type of oversight/attention to detail always concerns me when you are a customer oriented industry where you serve food. Beyond that, its ice cream and its good. I ordered a 60th bday custom cake with a specific simple decoration request. I was SO disappointed when my daughter showed up at the venue with a plain white cake with only a copy of the picture given on top.
