Worst customer service I have received. My husband ordered a cone in a cup but was given just a regular cone. My we let the employee know, she just handed us cone and said "here" . Sweet I had a light lunch and a little ice cream sure sounded good. I ended up having more than a little and it was definitely good. They have a new flavor, Sea Salt Fudge, and the slightly salty chocolaty flavor was a nice combination. I included pecans and caramel syrup as a mix-in. The ice cream was very soft, which I would normally mention in a negative way, but I also understand the ice cream needs to be soft in order to do the mix-in. I just went in, looking for something sweet after I just had pizza. The line was almost out the door and when I got up to place my order they were out of half of the ice cream's half of the toppings and everything was dirty a mess and no one seems to know what they were doing. i have to say this: every Cold stone that i visit is consistent as far as the ICE CREAM goes. The ice cream is soooo good!! I love the Cookie Doughnt You Want Some...with extra cookie dough (ahem). Now with that being said, depending on the location, you may encounter nonchalant teenagers, or dirty floors/bathrooms. But i came here for the ice cream, not a five-star DINING experience. So!, if the teenager is attentive and courteous, then he/she gets a tip, which then means that i get serenaded. :) read more

My family and I went to this location 1 hour before closing. There was one customer in front of us in line and it took the worker 10 minutes to make 1 milkshake. He then preceeded to help and left out half the ingredients in the ice cream. Our bill was 10.20 and I gave him a $20 and he said he doesn't have change. Who doesn't have $10 in their drawer??!!
