I can't say whether it's homemade or outsourced (like Blue Bell). What I CAN say is that if it is, I HAVE to find it. The raspberry sorbet, coffee crunch, and Cookie Monster were all raved about, but it was my Pralines and Cream that shocked me as the best I've ever had.
