Right upon entry the girls (Ruby & Ashley) greeted us right away and were very patient with our multiple person order and our very bad indecisiveness on what to order. Yummmm strawberry blonde this is my all time favorite ice cream it's has chunks of strawberries and crushed Graham crackers and whipped cream it's stupid good, I usually get one big one with the works waffle cone bowl dipped in chocolate and confetti sprinkles oh yeah! We are a Coldstone fan typically and go to this location once a week. My kids usually go in. This time I went in. GROSS! The guy was mopping floors and the girl was helping someone else. She had blue gloves on and I watched her scoop ice cream and ring up a sale, touch money, touch her hair, scratch her nose and take the next persons orders. Same gloves. She repeated the process again. Never once changing gloves after touching money etc. now the guy who was mopping helps the guy in front of us. Never once washed his hands after touching a gross mop and bucket. He rings us the sale, touches money, hands someone the bathroom key and proceeded to help the next customer. No hand wash, no gloves..the girl then spills a milkshake, grabs the mop and bucket cleans the floor, wipes up the mess and again, doesn't change gloves or wash her hands. needless to say we went to Target and bought a quart of ice cream and toppings. Authentic favors that taste exactly like you hoped ... The cotton candy tasted exactly like traditional cotton candy, the crème brûlée tasted exactly like excellent vanilla/caramel flavored crème brûlée, and the cake batter is actually made with vanilla cake batter, which is why it tastes like you're eating frozen batter. I have had numerous problems with this location and this was the icing on the cake. I spend a minimum of $400 a year just on cakes and then my kids and I like to go enjoy once a week ice cream treats. I will no longer be doing that here. They hire incompetent teenagers that cannot take orders correctly. They have messed up on several door dash orders because they don't read the directions thoroughly. And then today they made my son feel terrible because of their terrible way of explaining their Covid measures in the store and my poor son felt like he got kicked out of the store and had to go stand by himself outside. Not to mention I asked the kid To please put my order in a bigger cup because I wanted extra toppings and that's what Baskin Robbins has always done for me. Just went last night and it was dead so I expected to get helped quickly, especially with two people behind the counter and only one couple in front of us. The couple was asking about favors and the guy behind the counter proceeded to spend five excruciating minutes explaining "the base" of every single flavor there without even acknowledging our presence. His coworker just stood next to him, smiling at the customers oblivious to the fact that we had hot take-out in our hands and were obviously waiting to be helped. We ended up leaving. This one, not so much. We stopped by because we were in the area, ordered our ice cream and they began making it.
