a cup of ice cream

Good ice cream but staff is not friendly. We where the only people in-line and there where rushing us not couldn't answer any questions about different flavors. They had no clue it was in there advertised flavors either.

Every year when we visit leavenworth we visit cold stone creamery.. we enjoy the peppermint chocolate while the rest of the flavors are okay or disappointing.. we ordered the chocolate devotion (it was okay did not get any chocolaty flavors inspite of this having brownie and fugde), the pistachio (this was majorly disappointing had NO flavor of pistachios and had a strong flavor of artificial color and flavor both) and finally we ordered the peppermint chocolate which was the best of what we ordered.. great location right next to christmas lights so it can get crowded..

Standard ColdStone, but the workerwas super rude and acted like they would rather be anywhere but here. Strongly dont recommend supporting this location.

See pick up time 8:10pm.

I ordered on line and said open til 9pm. Walked over after PAYING and the girls would not open door at 8:06pm after knocking repeatedly on the door hard. One was in the main room just ignoring me. Who does that? The website says open til 9 - how many other people get their money stolen in the same way.

Good tasty Icecream. The more the toppings the better it tastes, don't shy away from adding more! That's the cold stone style!

115° outside. No seating! All the tables and chairs are stacked up. How rude! I'll take my business where they aren't so lazy.

What caught my eye were the shelves stocked with classic German candies and snacks including Hanuta and Haribo gummy bears, two nostalgic favorites I haven't seen since my last trip back to Germany. - Hanuta -- A German hazelnut-chocolate wafer sandwich by Ferrero. Crispy wheat wafers sandwich a creamy, nutty chocolate filling. Crunchy, rich, and just slightly bittersweet -- a total throwback treat. The store was bustling, especially toward the back near the ice cream case. Service was fast and friendly, and it felt like a timeless candy shop with a Bavarian twist. Great place to pick up a sweet treat whether it's for the nostalgia or the sugar rush!

Pleasantly surprised and very much worth it. that thing woke me up as I worked a 12-hour night Shift earlier, drove for 3.5 hours to go to Leavenworth, and then ended up at this spot. the girls running the shop were sweet...like the ice cream! Allowed us to try different flavors without making us feel bad for asking. explained the menu on how it was separated so that indecisive guests have an easier time to choose what it is they want to order. I love that this ice-cream shop has a mini toy store inside. Overpriced for the toys, yes, but it made for a unique look with this spot. During peak times you may find yourself waiting in line for 20-30 minutes. The good news is the line moves quickly, and there's plenty to look at while you wait. The main line is for the incredibly tempting cookies and drinks, while a separate counter to the right is dedicated to food orders and is usually much shorter. Near the entrance, there are charming displays of gingerbread houses and detailed dioramas that serve as a fun distraction while you wait your turn. Once inside, the display cases are filled with an amazing variety of treats--cupcakes, cookies, cinnamon rolls, Linzer and gingerbread cookies, and many other delicious options. Everything looks so good it's hard to choose! We ended up ordering three cookies per person and happily stretched them out over the next few days. Before heading back to Seattle, we made one last stop to grab a to-go box for the road and for home. Totally worth it. Yummo! Also, there is a small Gift Shop all things Gingerbread.

Walking down the town's main road, Gingerbread Factory is one of the first whimsical storefronts that catches your eye. The owners also run Andreas Keller, the popular German restaurant just downstairs. The bakery has been around since 1988 and got a fresh remodel in 2011! The moment you step inside, you're transported to a storybook scene -- think fairytale cottage vibes with a faux tree, ornate wooden window frames, and cozy indoor picnic tables. The back room houses the main bakery counter, along with gingerbread houses, themed merchandise, and treats lining the walls. They offer cookies, cupcakes, croissants, ice cream, and more! - Coffee Chip Ice Cream -- one of my all-time favorite flavors, with bold espresso notes and rich chocolate chips. My family and I ended up playing a round of Catan at one of the tables. Such a cozy way to enjoy our dessert! The line moved quickly, and the staff were warm and welcoming. Definitely worth a stop for a sweet treat and a taste of gingerbread magic!

Get your base bratwurst, pick your add ons and choose your condiment. Big bob bratwurst is a must get. Really delicious with good flavors and perfectly cooked. You have the option to do add ons on the bratwurst. We liked the caramelized onions but there's option to add on beechers cheese, cream cheese, or chili. The condiment section is insane. There's 20 sauces and over 10 kinds of mustards to try from. We loved the garlic aioli and smoky garlic/onion mustards! But so hard to pick a favorite out of them. Must add on the apple cider sauerkraut and relish. Great ipa selection as well. Good vibes and plenty of seating inside and outside the restaurant.

Took our friends here on their visit; they loved it.

The focaccia bread set the tone right away, light and fluffy on the inside with a perfectly crisp, well-seasoned crust. Honestly hard to stop eating it. The wine selection was thoughtfully curated and had great options to pair with everything on the menu. The pappardelle was cooked to perfection, rich, balanced, and clearly made with care. The lasagne had a slight crust on the outer noodles, but still came together as a really satisfying and flavorful dish. We finished with the tiramisu, which was a standout. Light, airy, and full of flavor. It practically melted in my mouth. Service was just as impressive. Our waiter checked in at all the right moments, attentive without ever being intrusive. Highly recommend if you're in the area. Definitely worth the stop.

Since we had to make the almost 6 hour trek home the next day, we went for an early dinner and were the first party in. Service was kind and quick! Everyone was super friendly. Only thing is with it being just freshly opened for the day, it felt a bit like we were intruding on the staffs prep time - no one made us feel that way there was just a lot of work and chatter going on. I assume with the name Mozart usually there's some form of music (I would assume classical) that maybe just hadn't been turned on yet. But no bother. Food was fantastic. The fondue is not to be missed - the sausage and broccolini were clear standouts with this dish. I got the hunters schnitzel which was great but my husband got the Käsespätzle which is one of the absolute best things I have eaten out in a really long time. Unfortunately, the restaurant was already running about 45 minutes behind and no one communicated this to the long line of guests standing on a steep staircase waiting to be seated. Given that the evening was reservation-only, it was surprising how unprepared they seemed for the exact number of people they knew were coming. The space itself is quaint and charming, and the food was reasonably tasty once it arrived. But the service left a lot to be desired. The hostess was uncommunicative and initially tried to seat us at a shared table in the middle of heavy foot traffic. When we asked about an empty private table that had been sitting open the entire time we were waiting, we were told it was for "VIP" guests. Our server seemed overwhelmed and not very attentive. She had to ask for and repeat our orders multiple times, still brought the wrong dish to one person, and served three meals while the fourth person in our party waited another 10-15 minutes for theirs. When we asked about the delay, it felt like we were inconveniencing them. Overall, it was disappointing. The restaurant has a lot of charm and potential, but the lack of communication, organization, and basic hospitality made for a frustrating experience--especially on a night that was clearly planned around reservations.
