Six adults - Tuesday night - in December. It doesn't have to be warm to eat ice cream. My family will eat ice cream in the coldest weather. I didn't get anything but I did take a bite of my daughter's ice cream and my husband's creation. The ice cream was good but our service was.... Lackluster. The employees acted like we were interrupting their gossip time. It was around 6:00 and the tables were super sticky. read more

Staff was great, both patient and helpful. The service was fast and thorough. We ordered 4 items total and all were just as we ordered. They have a Wednesday special for waffle cones which is nice. They added some sun screens to the windows since the last time we were there which is nice, as the sun is brutal some days. They offer inside seating and some patio seating as well. read more

Service was good. The facility is clean and everything appeared fully stocked. We ordered 4 different items. I was a little bummed as I thought the birthday cake actually had birthday "cake" and it did not. It also didn't look like the picture either ... more light brown, not two colors with add ins. Kind of different than I'm used to. Wish I had taken pictures, but we were in a hurry. Wasn't bad though. read more

Yum yum yummm I had a scoop of cookie Doughnt you want some? And it was delicious!!! I don't usually get chocolate chips in my ice cream but the combination was very good. The service was quick and the workers were working very hard to get the long line of people down. read more

If I could leave a 0 star review I would. I walked in at 8:40 when it closes at 9 and there was no line and was told to wait, which I had no problem with. I then proceeded to order at 8:50 and was told by the person working that they do not make shakes 15 minutes before closing. Had they taken my order upon arrival when there was no wait it would not have been within the 15 minutes. This is unacceptable. read more

I have never seen a collection of untrained staff like this before. This group of young people attempting to run a cold stone business is really a shame. They are disorganized frantic and lack any semblance of quality control. After I paid for my milkshake and waited patiently for nobody to make it I observed the staff continuously wiping spoons and serving implements on their aprons while others waited for the confused staff to gain some sense of control. Do not go there unless you crave disappointment! read more

The Kenosha Cold Stone seems pleasant but when you're a customer dealing with bad attitudes, it spoils going out for a treat. No one wants to waste their money on bad service. Keisha, Keisha, Keisha. Every time we go here we get Keisha with her attitude and bad customer service. She rushes your order and walks away from you while you're trying to give your order. No one is going to yell across the creamery for you Keisha. Talk about taking the joy out of ice cream. Pay attention to your customer so you don't mess up orders. Also don't hand a customer ice cream sloppy, the cup is leaking and smeared with topping falling off the top due to the melting. Wish I had something nicer to say but can't. She ruins it every time. You might have lost a customer, if it even matters. read more

8:30pm sitting here in front. Sign says open, door is locked and all lights off. Supposed to be open until 10pm. I have already seen 6 different groups of people pull up for ice cream as well and all disappointed nobody is here. Door dash has also been here and gone ..... ??? No employees?? What is up? read more

When arriving at this establishment the excitement that filled my bones was undeniable. The ice cream was how I say INCREDIBLE however to my disappointment my waffle cone was so soggy. Cold stone specializes in these delectable shells to hold the cream but I left disappointed. Might be back. read more

Cold Stone Creamery - two people sitting at a table - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Kenosha, Wisconsin

Cold stone ice cream is Cold stone Ice cream... no surprises here with this franchise. What is the surprise is how messy and terrible the service is...I've seen shorter and quicker lines in the ER! It's ice cream... maybe chat less, work more? We can all hear and see you - seriously, get a clue. Behind counter in the service area is sty! Causing me to doubt the cleanliness and freshness of everything here. read more

So I absolutley love coldstone creamery as a whole as its the best and it doesn't make me sick. That's what the 2 stars are for. This location never gives gives good customer service and when you ask to taste the flavors before making your selection, they make you feel like its a problem. Well we know that this wondeful custard is not cheap, so when I order, i want my fill, whether its a like, love or mine and my toppings shouldnt be skimpy. Well this last visit was it for me. I will have to search for another location because I'm done with this one especially since I drive from round lake. I get home and this is what my mine looks like. Normally its packed and my almonds are stale..so disappointed. I give in to treating myself and this is what I get. Thanks Kenosha Cold Stone! read more

Maybe we just went at the wrong time of the day, but in the middle of the afternoon the day we visited this place only had one employee working and she was overwhelmed. She was trying to answer the phone, clean the counter, prepare the food, and run the cash register all at the same time. By the time we got finished paying for our food, the ice cream was already melted (it probably would have tasted a lot better cold, but I'll never know). read more

My friends & I stopped in for a scoop of ice cream. They have a10 person capacity. When we walked in, they were already exceeding this capacity. We were asked to wait outside, We walked out and more people walked in. Therefore we walked in again. We were asked to wait outside again. We left cause if we keep doing this, we would never get in. Perhaps you should pay someone to stand at the door to enforce the policy. read more

I've never had Cold Stone before - people tell me I'm crazy for that. Decided to try it today and it is SOOOO GOOOD!! I made a mistake going here before having my dinner delivered because my stomach was so full - but I'll take it. I'll just have pizza for dessert and ice cream for dinner ;) The man that helped me was very efficient and nice, and the store was very clean. Cashier: Cody read more

Ice cream? Fantastic. Service at this location? Brutal. Line takes forever, employees taking and buying ice cream in front of customers waiting in line, zero people skills from anyone behind the counter. If you bother leaving feedback online, they might call and offer you a $2 coupon after reading off a script and not acknowledging your complaint. What a joke. read more

Wish I could give zero stars. I just waited in like for almost 30 minutes to get a smoothie after working out. My boyfriend ordered his smoothie first, but when Brianna (the worker) asked what I wanted, she claimed that the ice was too hard to make another smoothie. I just saw her chip off the ice for the last smoothie, but she was too lazy to do it again. Her customer service was atroshis!!! I am apolled at how rude and inconsiderate Brianna was. So unfortunately I had to leave without getting anything except a loss of time. Never coming back. Hope they can replace Brianna with someone more competent. read more

Can I just recommend that you retrain your employees on how to make smoothies? Because every single time I order them they are horrible.

I wish I could leave zero stars, this place is pretty much horrible. Bad service, took 35 mins to get my icecream, not friendly employees, the inside isn't kept up... it's just bad. I won't be going back read more

Need to fix hours. Kicked people out at 9 when there website says 9:30. Workers were also very rude as we showed up at 9 and were very unprofessional when telling us they had closed. read more

Thank you for keeping my daughter safe from peanut allergy! They take the extra time to make hers in the back away from contaminants.

Really enjoy Cold Stone as a whole. But. This location is really starting to slip with regard to quality and customer service. Employees are too busy talking to each other and miss order details. Additionally, ingredients are not well mixed. Might have to try another location. read more

This place is awesome. They always have so many ice creams to choose from. Love the costumer service. Fast, friendly, and cooperative.

Not Living up to standards. The ONLY reason I am even giving a 2* is because the ice cream was very good. However, the place inside and outside was completely disgusting. The outside garbage was over loaded and falling on the ground. The floor inside has used napkins and crumbs everywhere. The music inside was so loud u could barely hear the person asking to take your order. Literally as loud as a nightclub. . No napkins. Just really gross and dirty. A manager or district manger really needed to stop by today. If a manager would see the way this place looked -Big changes would be underway! read more

Busy place. Good ice cream with lots of add-ins from which to choose. Just avoid temptation and go for the small size. It's more than enough for most people. Even a small family will take a major hit in the budget here, so if you're watching your $$$ you might want to pick up a half gallon or two at Woodman's instead. read more

Still new to online reviews. Took my daughter here tonight. Very nice people and delicious ice cream. Will be coming back again!

Cold Stone is always a treat for us, as it was last night when we stopped by after dinner out. My boyfriend got the mint mint chocolate chocolate and I got the birthday cake explosion. We were very satisfied! My only pause was that when I chose to add a waffle cone, the gentleman preparing my ice cream neglected to inform me that my "like it" size would have to be upgraded to a "love it" size. It didn't necessarily phase me, I just wish he would have told me before I went to pay and realized the cost was more than I anticipated it being. read more

I'm hesitant to even give this place one star. Before driving the 25 miles to get there, I looked up their website to see if they carried frozen yogurt. It read "ice cream and yogurt". When I got there and didn't see any frozen yogurt options, I asked the guy behind the counter "if I want a shake, what yogurt options do I have?" He said they don't have frozen yogurt. I told him it said it right up on their sign. He looked completely baffled that it was even on their list of items to chose from. He then told me that they had sherbet or a sugar free/fat free ice cream I could get. Neither one are close to yogurt, but I chose the sugar free/fat free. Then he told me that he couldn't make a shake because they were out of milk. My husband wanted a waffle cone and they were out of them. I noticed the people ahead of us were not real happy with the way things were going, either. I hope that whoever owns this store sees this review and is made aware of either the lack of competent help and/or management at this place. I have a feeling I will soon be seeing a big huge "FOR RENT" sign in the storefront window. read more

This is definitely my favorite ice cream place around. It's just so good. They add the mix-ins to the ice cream right there so you can make whatever flavor you want (my favorite is oreo filling flavor with coconut and oreo pieces). However, some people find it a bit expensive but at about $6 for a large I find it reasonable (especially given the quality). I'm just super bummed that there isn't one closer to my college in Minneapolis. read more
