Located right next to the beach (Indialantic / Melbourne)! Great ice cream parlor if you're craving some fantastic ice cream and will definitely be sure to make your day. They have all your classic, go-to ice cream flavors. Make sure you don't miss out on your beach day! The ladies working here are all super kind and they keep the place clean during COVID. Located beachfront, nothing is better than a nice ice cream on a warm day. Warning, not much direct parking and it fills up quickly, but it's free. Otherwise, you may have to walk a little. This location is always busy. The employees are very friendly here which makes the whole experience that much better. I tried the banana caramel crunch. You might think it was a bit sweet, but it wasn't. It was just right. The almonds were super fresh and plentiful. It was a great choice. Thankfully, due to my gluten allergy, the worker made my ice cream in the back and separate from gluten surfaces and gluten itself. I love ice cream so the options here are amazing! But, I always stick to the basic...vanilla or chocolate ice cream with snickers. They always have several choices in ice cream to choose from along with several toppings. This location is tricky to get to since it's right on the boardwalk. You have very little parking to share between this, Starbucks, and the Burrito Company. I have been a few times when there is a 20 minute line, but there are a few times when you can get in quickly. It's hard to say when is a perfect time honestly. The store is usually clean and stocked, but it is very small so don't expect to get a table on the busy days. They do offer a few tables outside as well. They have a cooler to buy cartons/gallons of particular ice creams, pre-made cakes, and other ice cream goodies. I like the coupon you receive by my email for you and your families birthdays to get a free ice cream treat with the purchase of another ice cream creation. Very standard cold stone located on the beach. It is one of the only areas in the direct area that has free parking though which is convenient and it is right across from the beach (perfect for a mid afternoon ice cream fix on a hot day at the beach). My daughter drove 20 minutes over to this location to use a gift card she received for her birthday. Walking in there was no greeting like you get at other Cold Stones. When she walked in first thing noticed was the store was empty and tables were dirty. She walked up to the counter and there was a sign that said the gift card reader was not working, the same sign that was up in April during the last visit. Why would you not take care of fixing the machine, if it doesn't work. Why would the tables be dirty if no one is in the place? And the next question, why should we bother going back to this place? read more

I had a taste for ice cream, not soft serve and found cold stone. I was able to check out their signature creations and modified it a little bit. I picked out cheesecake ice cream, strawberries, caramel, brownies and whip cream all mixed together. Very yummy but melted instantly. My hubby and I and our little dog sat outside under the umbrella shade eating out ice cream as fast as we could before it melted. It was nice and comfy there and our ice cream was refreshing. This is located next to Starbucks and and burrito place and no and across the street from Indialantic Beach in case anyone is in a group and everyone wants something different. read more

Started coming here because Starbucks is right next door. This place is giving me Diabetes and I LOVE IT!!. Best ice cream I've had that I can remember. Mixing in topping make a huge difference and I'm hooked. The only complaint is that when there is a line it can take some time to get your order but, well worth it. Seating is ample and being located right across from the ocean is a plus. read more

We always end up here out of convenience when at the beach boardwalk, but i'm really not sure why. The place always seems under staffed, service is slow, and typically 80% of the frozen yogurt machines are out of order. I guess the ice cream is good quality at least, but they should really tighten up and invest in better management. read more

Went there New Years Eve night 15 minutes before it closed I'm not sure if the lady that was serving me was in a bad mood but she just kind of had that attitude like she didn't want to be there. Terrible service! Visited five years ago and then again today while in the Melbourne area and was instantaneously reminded of how horrible it was five years ago. A Saturday night in the height of summer they should probably have more than two employees working. Line is so long it's out the door and customers are reporting that it took 30-40 minutes to get their ice cream. The A/C is not adequate for the size of the store, the insane number of people or the fact that the door remain open due to the line. The garbage can is overflowing with trash on to the floor. Every table is covered in an inch of "stickiness" so it's too disgusting to sit inside to eat. Get it together Cold Stone!! I can't believe this place is still open. I guess it must be the continuous onslaught of new tourists. Horrible place in my opinion. Addendum ...bathroom is out of order but it's not noted properly on the door. I can never un-see that disgusting overflowing bathroom. Absolutely unacceptable read more

This review isn't about the actual ice cream. It's good, I've had it before. I still feel it's overpriced which is why we only go to these places maybe once every other year. So yes, our ice cream was good. However, the service was pretty poor. We came on a Saturday night in April. It was busy, the line was almost to the door. And the staff (the 3 of them), were goofing around, they were singing some song with a customer, taking a very long time to make things. Not only that, they were out of cones and brownies. People who were in line behind us actually left after a few minutes. I would recommend finding someplace else if you want some ice cream. read more

But the most important thing was they were out of what we wanted..I wanted the pumpkin spice cheesecake ice cream mix ..nope..out..so I did the cheesecake with fruit..forgot what it's called on the menu..and my hunny wanted Pistachio ice cream..so they scooped his in a cup and we were like ..aren't u going to mix actual pistachios in it..dude says no they don't carry pistachios ..really..ok..so after our order was nothing we wanted..we pay..they then begin to sing some jingle about thank you for your dough? We walked straight outside and after one bite..threw our so called ice cream straight in the trash..we will never go back and I would not recommend this place to even a homeless dog! read more

We visited here to find one of the frozen yogurt machines dripping with green goo (what was once mint yogurt I assume). It was covering the entire tray of the machine. The whole frozen yogurt area was a mess and the topping bar was missing 2/3 of the toppings that were once there. The staff was not welcoming, inviting or helpful. I stood up front waiting to ask a question for over 5 minutes before I left. Luckily my patient husband went in so my son still left with ice cream. This place apparently attracted a loud and rowdy crowd past 7pm but there were tons of sketchy people posted up outside, many who were highly intoxicated, smoking and being obnoxious. I think I'll look for a classier kind of place. read more

When we went to get a table I was shocked at how nasty the tables were. They had ice cream dried on the tables, napkins were all over the tables and floor, and the floors were sticky.
