Some of their options of ice cream

Woow, for about 11:00 at night, this is probably the best place to get ice cream. Other places to eat will give you probably the worst experience (read the one I wrote about White Castle) but Coldstone is different. They treated me with the most kindness I've ever seen from a stranger. Not only that, but the young man that took my order looked like he was 20. Most people around that age are disrespectful and mean, but not him. I never got his name but shout outs to him!! I got the Love It Chocolate Ice Cream and my mom got the Founder's Favorite, both very delicious. I've always loved Coldstone but this is probably the best location I've been to out of town.

I'm so excited for this new location in o town! Great parking near sals Pizza! There is no inside seating but they do have outdoor seating. We were greeted upon entering and my son got the cotton candy ice cream and I got the peanut butter galaxy! My favorite thing do do is get it in a waffle bowl with peanuts and chocolate! Everything was delicious Coldstone is my favorite place.to get ice cream, and we joined the rewards app so you can earn money off your ice cream or a free ice cream! There are so many different flavors to try and also they offer ice cream cakes too you can order. There is also a new woof gang dog groomer next store that sells dog treat and food,it's very walkable and dog friendly and you can always get your dog a treat! Overall great experience so happy this new location is here!

Service was fairly quick considering the number of people placing and waiting for orders. I was so excited to try one of Disney's many vegan options that I didn't even mind the steep price of $23. I do have to stay though, for the price, it definitely filled me up and certainly satisfied my sweet tooth! Amazing plant based option!

Surprisingly the line went by pretty fast. Our cashier wasn't friendly and had the attitude that she hates her job but she got our order placed. We ordered a Peppermint Hot Fudge Sundae and a Peppermint Hot Cocoa. The sundae was sooooo good! The fudge was thick and tasted of quality, I loved that they had tiny little chocolate chips with crushed peppermint pieces. All the little pieces added perfect texture to the sundae. The hot cocoa was smooth and rich and even with adding my peppermint bark square into the cup. The only negative is that these two items cost $32. Were they delicious? Absolutely but I'll probably only go to splurge once in a while.

First of all, the flavors read like someone dared a chef to turn a farmer's market, a cocktail bar, and a childhood memory into dessert--and somehow it works. I sampled things I cannot pronounce, things I would normally avoid, and at least one flavor that sounded like it belonged in a Thanksgiving side dish. Every single one made me pause mid-bite like, "Wait... why is this actually amazing?" The staff? Unreasonably patient. I asked for so many samples I started to feel like I was conducting a scientific study. Not once did they judge me. If anything, they enabled me. What I appreciate most is that it's not just gimmicky weirdness--there's actual thought behind every flavor. You can taste the intention, the creativity, and possibly a little chaos. Final verdict: Salt & Straw is what happens when ice cream stops playing it safe, goes to art school, and comes back with bold ideas and great taste. Come curious, leave slightly confused but very happy.

I only wish there was a location closer to me to visit more often and try other flavors, but maybe that is a good thing. SERVICE The staff are kind and friendly! We took a bit to sample some flavors, and they were very patient. AMBIANCE No seating is available inside the store, but seating is available throughout Disney Springs and many guests ate ice cream as they walked around.

The ice cream is quality Blue Bell brand which already told me the ice cream is great. I will say that the shakes and a decent size and could be shared with a friend or family member as they are exploding with sweetness. I really enjoyed the Hot Fudge Nachos as it was a fun spin on a hot fudge sundae. This is definitely an experience I recommend! There is plenty of indoor seating, two large sinks in the back of the dining room to wash out your souvenir mason jars, colorful murals on the walls, friendly and welcoming staff. Menu board, handheld menus and a photo menu book to look at to help you make your decision. You do t have to get the souvenir mason jars with your shakes but they are cute if you want them.

I kind of figured she just liked it because she was a fan, but still wanted to try this place out. And the hype is justified! Regardless of who the owners are. When we first walked in, another customer was already raving to us how much she liked this spot and how the ice cream was super creamy. The workers are super friendly and the shop is such a cute spot. You get to try 4 samples of the ice cream flavors, so I tried strawberry lychee, Vietnamese che, banana pudding, and hojicha brown sugar milk tea. I'm not the biggest ice cream fan, but all of these flavors were delicious. The texture itself was indeed really creamy, and they're somehow able to really make the flavors of each come through pretty strongly without tasting artificial. I also got the Vietnamese iced coffee, which I was a little uncertain about because it can be a hit or miss. But it was definitely a hit here. It tastes really authentic and it was perfectly sweetened.
