I had the pleasure to try one of their ice cream cakes here. It was the cake batter confetti ice cream cake. It was comprised of red velvet cake and cake batter ice cream with rainbow sprinkles with white frosting. There were also pieces of Kit Kat on top. The ice cream cake as a whole was presented nicely and the taste was even better. I am not a big of red velvet, but it went well with the cake batter ice cream. The frosting added another level of sweetness too, but it was not overdone. Will I go back? I did not physically attend, but I would head there. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. We went in to get two smalls and ordered simple ice creams - one of which was on the menu. The manager, who had a huge attitude, made mine and when I started eating it realized he missed a few ingredients. No problem except when I went back to ask it to be fixed he started throwing around the food and equipment and told me I didn't know what was in it. My husband asked him if there was a reason he was rude and he started screaming at us to get the F out of his store. Absolutely unacceptable and will never be returning. Get better staff. read more

They did not get our order right what so ever! We ordered three signature ice creams. One was plain ice cream with no toppings, and one came with chocolate ice cream instead of vanilla. We ordered online and when we went in to pick up, they also tried to give us smalls instead of mediums. When told about this, employee did not respond and simply grabbed the ice cream to remake it, no apology. Won't be spending our money here again!!! Get better staff. read more

1 YEAR UPDATE. I was wrong about this place. This Cold Stone Creamery is one of the best I have ever visited. In fact, I ignore three closer Cold Stones locations in order to visit this store in Flemington. This location remained open during the COVID quarantine. The staff was professional, courteous, and prepared. Their mix-in techniques are on point. They are still open... and now make candied apples. I was not paid to change my review. This Cold Stone Creamery simply won me over. I carry cash just to tip the staff. read more

Got to your store tonight at 20 to 9 with 2 people serving customers. Then one guy left to do dishes. We waited patiently and at 9 he came out of back and told the couple ahead of us they were the last to be served and the other 5 customers were out of luck. I told the girl he maybe should have helped the customers rather than doing dishes and it was ridiculous not to serve the patiently waiting customers. Her reply was she didn't want to be there until 11. Totally rude, unprofessional and the worst I've ever been treated anywhere. read more

I went to pick up a cake that I ordered four days in advance and it wasn't ready. Also the store was absolutely filthy and an exterminator was spraying for bugs while customers were in the store. The floor was filthy, the countertops were dirty and the store had just opened at noon so it wasn't that it has been open all day. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. read more

Typical cold stone creamery experience.. If you are new to it, expect a ice cream bar where they mix your choices on a frozen block. Its a novel experience and I am not crazy about their ice cream but I would say if you haven't tried them. To at least try it once. Ice cream quality is a little bit above supermarket ice cream but its nothing like high end ice cream. But its still good enough to enjoy! The girl was very rude the entire time. She didn't wear gloves, barely mixed the ice cream, and had a huge attitude the entire time. We got the ice cream to go, and we walked right out to the car to eat our ice cream. I opened my ice cream, outside the car thankfully, and it was so overpacked that it leaked all over pavement, all over my hands, and half a roll of paper towels couldn't even contain it. This was not even 5 minutes after ordering. It's wrapped in about 12 paper towels in the backseat and still leaking. I'm glad my boyfriend didn't open his. Absolutely terrible experience. read more

I recently went to Cold Stone and tried their new holiday flavor "Gingerbread Caramel Delight" which was quite delicious. Otherwise I always get the "Cookie Doughn't you want some." The large chunks of cookie dough are the best. At Cold Stone they mix the ice cream in front of you. The portions are also huge! I always get the like it size (small) and can barely finish it. People might say that Cold Stone is overpriced, but I think that you get a huge amount for the price you pay. There cakes are definitely overpriced but so worth it! I get the cookie dough ice cream cake every year for my birthday! read more

I entered cold stone creamery at about 3:35 with my grandmother. We waited about 10 minutes before someone served us. They were a tad bit rude and seemed very judgmental and i don't like those people. They in fact got my grandmothers order wrong, even though she stated it clearly and correctly more than twice, she is very upset because we rarely go out anymore. We had a great experience today - the owner assisted us and was very friendly, helpful, and fast. We sampled a few flavors and learned that they are all made in store! I decided on their seasonal pumpkin (which is sweet cream ice cream with pumpkin puree and spices) which was fun. Love that they have lots of seating and delicious ice cream. read more

I went there with my family at around 3 in the afternoon and they ran out of cones. I was disappointed and then settled for a waffle bowl but by the time it was my turn to order they ran at out that as well. read more

My daughter ordered a custom ice cream birthday cake for me but we were surprised when we cut into it that the filling was not as ordered. We were told that they decorated the wrong cake and apparently someone else got mine. They also misspelled my name on the cake placing "Nanna" instead of" Nonna" as she asked for. I've been here a handful of times and my experience is normally about a B-. Today my experience was an F. I have never had such an awful eatery experience. First of all, I've only been here during lunch hours (any time from 1pm-2pm) so there is understandably only one employee working. Sometimes they're in the bathroom or in the back and don't hear the door open so I'm okay waiting 5 minutes. Today, I waited 7-10 minutes. Once I started contemplating leaving, the employee walked in from outside with a Panera (right next door) cup. How long was he gone? I don't think the manager would be fond of this. Unattended store for at least ten minutes? Yikes. I always get the same thing when I come here- cheesecake fantasy minus the blueberries (which is cheese cake ice cream, strawberries and graham cracker bits. Simple. I've never had an issue with my order before. In fact, normally the ladies ask me if I want something else instead of blueberries. That was not the case today. I placed my order the same way I always do. The first thing he does is put blueberries in it (I know, I know! I should have just said something but I'm awkward and like to avoid confrontation). Then, he looks for the strawberries. They're frozen solid so he puts them in a cup and microwaves them. Meanwhile, my ice cream is sitting on the slab melting. He then plops warmish strawberries on top. He tries his best to scoop the soup into the cup, hands it to me as it's pouring over the edges and says something along the lines of "there are tons of berries in there, so it's a little drippy". No. It's drippy because you left is sitting on the slab for 60 seconds while you nuked berries and then put them in there slightly warm. I asked him to please put it in another cup and he did. I wanted desperately to ask him to make it over. Let me make this clear, when I'm spending $6.00+ on a small cup of ice cream, I expect it to be wonderful. This was farrrrrrrr from wonderful. I gave two stars because I've been here before and it isn't always that bad. read more

The manager on duty treated her employers with disrespect while she made a mess trying to make my sundae. She put too much ice cream in the waffle bowl so the little hot fudge there actually was in the bowl was dripping over the sides onto me and the floor. There were barely any toppings mixed in and basically I paid $8 for coffee ice cream in a stale waffle bowl. read more
