Honestly. I love cold stones ice cream. But this location constantly gets my online orders and wrong. These are kids running the shop. Which I love and support. But they need training. Attention to detail and customer service is very poor. I have gotten my order wrong 3 times now. And this time was terrible. We ordered a shake and a quart of ice cream. They didn't have milk. So they just made me a regular ice cream without even telling me. They just assumed. Not okay. Cause then I had to go back to the store and be like this isn't a shake.... And they just said we don't have milk so I just made you this. On top of that they got my order wrong for the quart of ice cream. And didn't add in all the toppings. Honestly, I love cold stone creamy anywhere! But...I really really frustrated with 2 of employees at Cold Stone Creamry in Draper about three hours ago. After work, I went to Cold Stone Creamry from my work. I was inside the Cold Stone Creamry and I was line of people about 10 minutes. I noticed that two young boy employees weren't wearing their gloves and also not clean on the ice counter after ice cream for someone and then cleaning the fresh ice counter for someone's new order...but they weren't clean up. It's disgusting. My turn, I ordered Mint mint chocolate chocolate chip (It's my favorite). They took mint ice cream to the counter but I was concerned about they didn't clean up the ice counter because ice counter messed everything of Oreo, brownie, vanilla ice cream, chocolate syrup, and candy sticks on the ice counter. I asked them please clean up the ice counter before they take my order mint ice cream on the fresh ice counter but they were very busy! I paid $13 bucks for my ice cream. I went to home and I almost eat ice cream but I wouldn't eat it because I was concerned about it because it's dirty with germ on the ice counter if the young boys don't use their glove and unclean the ice counter. I don't want to get sick of germs. I decided I wouldn't go to Cold Stone Creamry in Draper only anymore. Sorry, I gave you awful 0 star review. If you willing give me a new one of ice cream and please your team need to get a gloves and deeply clean the counter for safety food please!!!! This is a little different than my usual review as we ordered delivery. I've dealt with DoorDash in the past, but from this site I was now dealing with GrubHub. Ordering was easy with two Founders Favorites (ours too). I verified my hotel address and included the room number, my contact phone number, and noted a Cash tip would be given (to encourage a loud knock ). We had an estimated delivery time of 30 minutes, and I received notifications that my order was received, then it was being made, and then it was out for delivery. That's when it all went wrong. At the end of the estimated time (7:17pm), I checked the status and it indicated the delivery was running late. Okay... Then suddenly, the status changed to "Delivered at 6:49pm" almost 30 minutes EARLIER! WTF! This is ice cream we are talking about! Nothing was outside my door, no phone call or text was received, and no photo or other communication was received. I called GrubHub Support, and after verifying my name and phone number, I explained the situation and asked "Where is this delivered order?" And how is it when I'm looking at the app at 7:17 when it says "running late", it suddenly changes to "delivered" so much earlier? The agent indicated it has been delivered, and she had a photo from the driver. Great, I STILL have no photo or idea where it is. She asked for my email so she could send me the photo, and suggested maybe the driver sent the photo to my email. Funny, I never gave an email because I'm traveling and don't have email access... that's why I gave a phone number! I asked her to describe what she saw, is it a hallway? A lobby? What?! She thought it looked like a lobby. Needless to say, when my husband went down to the lobby, a bag full of melted ice cream was there. So, Cold Stone did a good job, but this GrubHub driver needs a scathing review! Not having used GrubHub before, I don't know that I'll ever order again if they are my only delivery choice. read more

So disappointed. We really wanted to treat our boys to the Super Mario Birthday Bash icecream. I ordered online, and I ordered in advance and selected curbside. The in parking lot is so crammed that cars literally just float around waiting for a spot. I called the store and it was so loud that the employee and I could barely hear each other. I told him I had an order for curbside but that the parking lot was packed and he said okay. So I told him my name and he responded and said he would have it done in 5 minutes which was 5 minutes after my scheduled pick up time which wasn't a huge deal, but then he hung up with no details on what we needed to do or anything of the sort. We took about 10 minutes to find a parking spot. We walked in and it was obvious they were overwhelmed. No one noticed us waiting near the screen for a pick up so we got in line. When we got up to the front the employee got my name and I was told that mine was being worked on. I saw the black blob and hoped it wasn't ours. I noticed many others getting that icecream so I didn't think much of it. Sure enough that was our order. I understand they're doing the blacked out cake batter but you can't achieve the same look for Super Mario, and this much food coloring is excessive. I think we may have been given something entirely different than the Super Mario because I found an Oreo in mine as well. We also ordered two chocolate covered waffle cones that were suppose to be served on the side that we didn't receive. The guy who made our order placed it on the counter didn't even look at us before walking off saying "there you go!" I get that it was busy but you're dealing with customers. I'm paying for a service and I expect to be addressed somehow especially when they also take tips. I tried finding a contact email to send this experience to corporate but their website seems to have a broken link, and I messaged their Instagram asking for a email to file the complaint. Normally I'm not one to leave bad reviews but I am entirely disappointed. The reason I'm not giving this a 1 star or 0, is because we didn't even get to the front of the line. You walk in and there's 3 families in front of us and we are the 4th. If you can even open the door (it's heavy and with the Fan on it's extremely hard to open). Then the whole store smelled like a porter potty and rotten milk. We tried to stay but the line was moving way too slow. Only two girls working and one had an over sized zipper sweatshirt on that she kept adjusting after slipping off her shoulder 100 times. It wasn't completely an ice cream cake. Everyone enjoyed it so much that we ended up buying a strawberry ice cream cake the very next day for another friends birthday.
