For the most part, Cold Stone is consistently the same across the board. It is my favorite place to indulge in some yummy ice cream! Most of the times, customer service is friendly. This visit was no exception. The young lady allowed me to taste a few flavors -- which was nice! My favorite ice cream from cold stone: cake batter cream w/ yellow cake chunks. I also had to be extra and added white sugar crystals (because they did not have anymore red and green crystals for Christmas). The ice cream was delicious and made me very happy!! Came here after watching the lion king and got my favorite - birthday cake remix. This ice cream is a bit pricier than getting a regular flavor from the grocery store but I haven't been able to find a flavor as good as this so I'll splurge here every once in a while. The servers also fill it to the rim which my stomach can gladly appreciate. It wasn't crowded and right by the movie theatre and their exit so it's super convenient to get to. read more

The ice cream was OK. My visit here solidified that I'm not as big of a Coldstone fan as other ice cream places. For one, after they've mashed it altogether it loses the shape and texture of just regular old ice cream that I like. At this particular location, I stood waiting behind the glass awkwardly for a few minutes before even being helped. I was hoping someone might greet me and ask what I wanted. The woman who served us here was very rude to us. She charged us for four ice cream when we only got three (two for two kids and one for myself and my husband). The kid went outside after they got the ice cream because the store smelled awful inside. We stayed for our ice cream and to pay. When we pointed out that she counted wrong she became confrontational and blamed the kids for leaving the store before we paid. She yelled at us "do you see Walmart let people leave before they pay". What a lame excuse for her own mistake. I am not sure if she did this because we are Asian but she did not do anything like this to other white customers. The woman did appear racist to me. Avoid this location unless you want to be charged extra and get blamed for their employee's own mistake. Avoid if you are not white. They should know how to count and respect their customers if they are open for business. read more

As the other person said, avoid this location. I ordered a signature cake for my brothers birthday online. 40 bucks for a premium cake, you should expect high quality. When I arrived at the location the girls behind the counter instantly seemed as if they didn't have their stuff together (and that's not their fault, that's a indication of their management). I told them I was picking up a cake order I placed online the day before and they started looking all around for it, and couldn't find it. It wasn't until one of the girls behind the counter looked at the order sheet, and I think, that they realized the order was never fulfilled. Instead of taking time to make the order right, I was given a cake with no decoration. I ordered the MMMint chocolate chip cake that comes with a bunch of decoration on the top, and I was given a blank cake with just white icing on the top. This store is clearly and horribly mismanaged. I'd stay away this location. read more

My wife was craving cold stone so we decided to take a ride to cold stone and treat ourselves. Buttttt when we get there at 9:15pm and there business hours say 10am to 10pm it becomes a real upset that employees decide to lock up the place early and tell you sorry we are closed. That is not a good way to run a business when managers and owners are not around!!! read more

mmmm... Cheesecake Fantasy. Birthday remix is good too. There is always a line here but with good reason, the Ice Cream is good! You could get one of their signature creations or mix things up and create one of your own. I can't eat more than a "Like It" (small) size cup. I've tried their waffle bowls before and although it tastes great, I just couldnt finish it. You also get very thirsty so you might as well buy some water or something while you're at it. The good thing about this location is that you're allowed to take the ice cream into the theater with you. Sit, watch a movie, and eat some ice cream. Can't get much better than that. It beats paying for pretzel bites or popcorn and a soda. read more

We ordered a cake online, cheesecake named Desiree, which would have cheesecake ice cream and raspberry filling. The cake we got had no filling and the ice cream had coconut flakes and pineapple. We called the store and we were told we got what we're ordered and there is nothing they can do. See the picture, clearly nothing like we ordered except the raspberrys on top. Cold stone is very very good for a franchise. Usually I opt for homemade ice cream parlors, but cold stone is comparable. Ice cream is always cold - which is huge for me. And they have a good amount of toppings. Standard flavors, bit pricey. This one the line seems to move slower than most others I've been to. read more

Cold Stone is sooooo freakin goood!!!! My favorite that i get is the Boston Cream Pie. Its just choclate ice cream with yellow cake and whipped cream and the hot fudge whoa cant get better than that!! You can also get smoothes and shakes there as well. I like the Mountain Dew smoothe and the Berry Lemony smoothe as well. The next time i go to coldstones i would like to try the Oh Fudge shake! I love their waffle bowl and i would only get a Like It ( its a small cup) I like the location of coldstones because if you are waiting for a movie to start you can sit there or anywhere in the mall and eat it, or you can get coldstones and take that right in the movie theater with no problem at all :) read more

Why have hours when they aren't adhered to? Closing early (90 minutes) without extemporaneous circumstance just seems like a bad way to run a business. Try setting proper expectations by adhering to advertised closing times or change the times all together. read more

When I was pregnant I had to have oreo overload OFTEN, but now that my cravings have subsided I can give a true review on this business. Clean place, I love the door that connected from the store to outside, where I can run in and out with out the crowds of people visiting the movie theaters. I do have to say, some of the workers ar spot on when mixing the ice cream but others can use a little more time on perfecting their technique. read more

When to go pick out a cake and they only had three cakes in the case and the light was off so you could not see in the case. Then there were only three cake that where made that is not what i wanted. Finally got a cake brought it home and it was freezer burn. What am I suppose to do with a freezer burn cake. Then last year they refuse to make me a cake that I wanted to get. I will not go back ever again. $38 dolllar cake and it is freezer burned. read more

This location has the ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE....I hv an allergy and hv to get my Ice cream from a new batch and it CANNOT be mixed on the stone so it's mixed in a cake pan or plastic bowl to avoid any risk of cross-contamination..I work for an airline therefore I travel alot and this is the ONLY branch I ever have any issues...the employees there always give me a hard time and so does the Owner. I live 5 mins away and REFUSE to give them anymore of my $ so I drive to the Aramingo location where the employees are ALWAYS pleasant and respectful. Extremely rude employees! Closes at 9:50 not 10:00 as stated on the website. I called at 9 and was told by an employee that they close at 10. I am 4 months pregnant and was craving ice cream. I rushed to get out of work and drive 20 minutes to get there. I work in a restaurant and understand how frustrating it is when a customer comes in at the last minute and keeps you late. I called at 9:40 to tell the girl I was on my way but won't get there until 9:50 and asked if she'd like to take my order and make it now so she doesn't get stuck there. She then told me they would be closed by the time I got there. "well I called earlier and I was told you close at 10 and that's what it says on the website as well" I said " She lied and said that it was 9:50 and they close at 10 in 10 minutes. "I am in my car with a satellite radio that says 9:40 as well as my smart phone that says 9:40." "well our clock says 9:50" she said. I continued to drive hoping that they wouldn't turn a pregnant woman away before 10. I arrived at 9:50 on the dot, would have been 9:47 if the outside door wasnt already locked. As I was walking up I saw two unhappy men walking away, sure enough they were turned away. When I walked in the girl shouted we're closed. I was so frustrated and upset I just walked out. As I said I understand how annoying it is when a customer calls and asks if the kitchen is still open 10 minutes before you close or walks in to eat. I would never, never lie to a customer about the time or turn a customer away before closing time. If the girl would have taken my order when I called she would still be done by 10. read more
