My fiancé and I had our engagement party at Cold Harbor last weekend and it was absolutely amazing! Taylor was so great to work with throughout the planning - very knowledgeable, responsive, and accommodating. The day of our event everything went so smoothly. The full tank room was set up perfectly and exactly as we had discussed with Taylor with a mix of lounge seating, high top cocktail tables, and regular dining tables. We had around 60 people and it was really an ideal space for mingling. The service staff was so kind to us and our guests and made sure to keep checking in to see if we needed anything. We did the celebration buffet package and added on some extra passed appetizers to start - it was a ton of food. All of the food was fresh, hot, and delicious. Have been here many times but first time posting about it! It's a small space but they are expanding into a new space nearby. The current space is cozy - with two tables to stand around and some counter space around the perimeter of the room to stand around as well. I believe there are food trucks that show up occasionally although there wasn't one on this visit. They do accept credit cards and have cans and growlers to go. Definitely worth checking out if you're a beer fan. read more

Love their beer and their food is really good and high quality. This became one of our new favorite places during the fall.

Well, I made my trek to the new place to check it out today. On the positive side, it's a beautiful building that was well thought out. I got here right at 11 on Sunday so activity was light. When I walked in the first thing the bartender said was, " We aren't filling growlers anymore." Well, that's a no go for me. I've been going to Cold Harbor for years, it was my go to for craft beer. Now, with the absence of growler service I am going to pursue other local micros and see if I can get the same service I had with Cold Harbor. That's a real pity, good product, good people but they left people like me behind. read more

The ambiance of this place was awesome! My wife and I wanted to try this spot ever since they opened their new location. Service was great as well. Our server was very attentive, friendly, and genuinely enjoys her job. Beer.... Always has, and always will be amazing at Cold Harbor. Hats off to the brewers. Food.... My wife's salad was "alright", but then asked me if we could go elsewhere afterwards for some more food. My pork belly sandwich was extremely underwhelming. Kinda felt like a messy hodgepodge of randomness on a bun that you can't even pick up. The flavors didn't work, and was so messy of a sandwich you couldn't even pick it up. I love Cold Harbor. It's one of my favorite breweries as I love the outdoor setting and their DIPA's are really good. The Double Ravenna is usually my go to. The service here is also great and there is plenty of parking. Beware of the cop that hangs out down the street though. He loves to pull people over so make sure you don't get too tipsy on weekend days as he's usually always there. read more

Some how I was forced to sample all the beers they had, even the ones I would normally not order. They were all excellent. I go to many breweries and often only like one or two on tap. I would not hesitate to order any of Cold Harbor's beers. This place also has mixed drinks, so those non-beer drinkers will be able to order their favorite beverage. How many breweries have that option? It is also a sit down restaurant, which is kid friendly, highchairs etc... Also has an outdoor space for kids to enjoy. Food was good, Had a burger and chicken finger apps. Excellent quality and lots of food for the price. I spoke to many of the staff, who all seem to have an interest in making sure you have a good experience. They care about the beer, food, and you. read more

This place was not real busy , yet the service was horrible. Entered the building and stood there for close to 30 min without even an acknowledgement. Lots of help walking around and finally received a nod then 15 min later a table. Ordered a beer which took another 15 min. Tried sandwich which was ok. Beer was nothing special. 4th or 5th time here and it's progressively gotten worse. This is our first time back in about 6 months. It was not busy at all so the issues can't be chalked up to the place being slammed for business. Wife is gluten free/Celiac and in the past CH has had many options on the menu. We get the menu this time and it's basically Olives, 2 salads and there is a GF crust option for the pizza. After talking to the server and then the manager it was made known that the menu was recently redesigned and much of the dietary notes were missed next to the specific menu items. Wife ordered a glass of chardonnay - came in a dirty glass. Later ordered a second glass - that too came in a glass that was dirty. One of the members of our party ordered a basic burger which by the menu should have come on a brioche roll. When the burger came there were 2 pieces of cheese that looked to have been placed on the burger right before serving (completely unmelted) and the roll was a store-bought packaged roll that was picked up at Stop & Shop next door. When brought to the attention of the server we were told "yeah, we ran out of the brioche rolls". Ok - that happens but guess what, Stop & Shop has Brioche rolls... instead they bought store brand 8 to a package rolls. The server was great - took care of everything in a timely manner and was apologetic about the issues.... but seem like such easy issues to avoid. read more

My daughter and new son-in-law just had their wedding reception at Cold Harbor Brewing in Westborough. The entire experience...from our first meeting with Taylor (event coordinator) a few months ago right through to the last minutes at the end of the event...it was awesome! Thank you Taylor and Mike, the bartender and everyone else that helped make this event everything my daughter wanted it to be and more. Oh, the food...people are still talking about it! The beer is great, service at the bar is awesome. The place is huge and really nice, quite different from the original CH. I actually kinda like the old place better, maybe CH will expand and open a tap room in downtown WB or even at the original location. So the folks who have known CH before they got famous can still get growlers filled... The new place is tough to park (see other reviews); & can be impossible to get a spot at the bar. A little "pirate of the Caribbean" feel not old school rustic like the original venue. The bar, beer, service at the bar is awesome 4-5 stars out of 5. The food is kinda meh 2-3 stars out of 5. Parking 0 stars out of 5. I have been a few times and will be back !! but will pick my visits to avoid the really busy times. read more

I have been to Cold Harbor Brewery on two occasions for lunch. The atmosphere is very warm, open and comfortable and the restaurant is immaculate. Great selection of food and beer on the menu with both being tasty and delicious! The owner, hostesses and waitresses are welcoming and friendly. There is plenty of parking. No dogs allowed. No dog no me Used to go there all the time in the old spot people would bring their dogs. Have a great time but they're moving on up like the Jeffersons that's OK there's a lot of other nice breweries. We enjoy that love having dogs even though this one is in the same town we live in we will not be going there just for that reason . read more

Had our corporate Holiday Party here, food and service were both good. However, parking was TERRIBLE! Was told by the staff that "parking is always an issue", another staff member said "limited parking as the owner had several friends using the parking spaces. Asked that we have guests park at Target and walk...Really? Following day, I emailed them to let them know we had several guest not attend as they were not able to find parking. They did apologize and acknowledge it's "been a headache" however, I was still charged full price for all guests, including the 10-15 who weren't able to attend due to the parking issue. The beer was good. The hummus appetizer was not good. The fried wontons over powered the hummus fresh flavor. I orfered the honey chicken sandwich. The chicken was a fried thigh. I was personally disgusted and caught of guard by the cheap gaimyness. My husband enjoyed the charizo calamari but was disappointed by the roast beef sandwich flavor. Well the beer is excellent and the people working here are awesome and friendly. You can bring your dog, but it's a super small place, and some people let their dog off-leash, which can be an issue. I loved all beers I tried. No issues there. The only drawback is that the place is small. There is an outdoor pavillion. It's just in the parking lot, not exactly scenic. No food - no food trucks either and we were there on a Saturday. People bring dogs, which is cute but sometimes they let them off leash which stressed me out! Like a lot of the other reviews on here, I have nothing but great things to say about the customer service. The bartender was very friendly, engaging, and informative. We tried feather edge which is a NEIPA was refreshing and delicious. They have a small indoor space as well as an outdoor covered patio with some picnic tables which was a nice spot on the nice summer day that we stopped by. They also had speakers and played some good music which added to the overall environment. read more
