Four days later I asked where was the estimate. Told me he would have it that night to me. Next day it arrives in the afternoon. There was urgency as we had just added new plants, had no mulch and was hand watering all the plants on a .5 acre lot. While I waited for the estimate, I dug holes where the leaks were. Discovered broken PVC pipes. I was bored and I have the skills, so I fixed the broken lines. Told Pristine I had fixed the lines and asked the cost to be removed from the estimate (which at the time I still didn't have). By doing this work, I was helping to complete the job a bit faster. The little cry baby said he couldn't work on our system if I was going to do repairs. WTF, really? He's a one man show and I figured I was doing the man-child a favor by doing the underground dirty work. He still had tons to do. We needed the system up and running asap. His estimate was over $5000. My work would have only put a dent into that estimate. He blocked my calls to discuss the issue and wouldn't return emails. We hired another company. Dime-a-dozen out there, no shortage of companies. $3600 was my total cost of repairs. A fair savings for sure! Here's something to think about: I fixed the leaks, but had he been called out for an estimate after the repairs, what would be the difference? He's not going to warranty my work regardless of when it was done. So, I ask: what is his problem? Answer: I know as much if not more about irrigation as he does. Maybe dealing with a customer that managed a 38-zone residential irrigation system spread over 2-acres had him thinking twice about what he could get away with. Will Conti is the child's name. I highly recommend finding another person to work on your irrigation system. AKA: I highly recommend going elsewhere! BTW, try finding where he works. The addresses point to either the Denver UPS Store or the Sherrills Ford Post Office. There's something shady about his dealings. And if you read his POLICY on his estimate paperwork, it'll span three pages! He lays down the law with you, but you can't find him. If you had to prosecute him, you'd be hard-pressed to serve him papers.

They were doing a poor job and leaving our yards in 10 mins and charging 89.00 each time. 50.00 to cut her yard. She was receiving bills for extra services and getting a half job with cutting her small yard. We both have as much weed as before. Mom chose to discontinue the fertilizer and weed treatment but chose to let them continue cutting her grass. They called and said they could no longer cut her grass. These crooks were supposed to be charging 50.00 to cut the yard every 2 weeks. She received a bill for 150.00. Stay away from these crooks. Taking advantage of an elderly woman is pathetic.
