While I was getting my laundry together, this lady literally followed me around with a Swiffer like she was loss prevention for Tide Pods, just leaning on it and sighing dramatically. Ma'am... if you're that miserable, just say that. Then as I sat and waited I watched. And what I saw were multiple people grab plastic bags off a blue folding table and grab their laundry and go. No payments were made , no screaming or accusations brought forth.No signs. No prices. No "Bags for Sale" sign. Nothing. So naturally, I grabbed a few too. Homegirl came FLYING around the corner yelling, "Those aren't free! Those aren't free! We aren't supplying all of Evans and Weld County!" I said, "I guess you are... because everyone before me took some too." ‍ Since I have absolutely no problem paying for things, I asked, "Cool... how much are they?" Silence. BLANK STARES INTO THE ABYSS. Nobody knew. They looked at each other for a solid minute and must've communicated through telepathy because suddenly the official price became 4 small bags for $3. Amazing how that works. Cool. I paid for my apparently handcrafted, 10k gold plastic bags... ...and she STILL kept yelling, ranting, and trying to get in my personal space, like a dog with a bone. Finally after repeatedly telling her, "STOP." Then she told me to stop, like Ma'am you're the one trying to instigate a situation. Wild idea... hear me out... PUT. UP. SIGNAGE. It would've saved everyone the unnecessary drama. Needless to say, I won't be back. Zero stars for the customer service. Five stars for the free live theater.

We rarely need a laundromat, but king size comforters just don't fit in our washer and dryer…read more I came on a Saturday midmorning, expecting quite a wait, but was pleasantly surprised at how many machines were open (especially the big ones). The attendant was super friendly and helped explain their card system, we loaded it up and off I went. With only 2 large capacity dryers there is a smidge of jockeying but that totally is dependent on when other loads are done etc. The machines were clean, no mildew odors, and I saw staff cleaning machines throughout my time there. Free wifi, restroom. They do also have drop off services, which is good to know for future!

They offer a service where you drop your laundry off. They do it for you and you come back and pick it up all nice, folded and clean! It was amazing and a blessing! The staff couldn't be any nicer and are very detailed in your laundry care needs as well! Highly highly recommend this place!

I went to eat and came back at 8:40. Started loading the dryer and the man yelled "no, last wash 8:00". I said I just talked to you an hour ago and you said open til 9:30. He said no last wash 8:00. So whatever that means but hours are not correct and even if you try to make sure they will kick you out you in the cold with wet clothes. Zero stars go somewhere else.

We used a washer at this laundromat today when my husband saw visible MOLD build up on the washer…read moredoor. When he saw that he spoke with a lady that worked there, she nicely apologized, and contacted the owner via phone who denied their washers had mold even though it was clearly visible. The worst part is that the owner tried to cover it up by having the employee clean the washer with bleach before contacting us, denying the mold, and refusing to refund the money for using the machine.

Fair enough for a quick load of laundry. Nothing over medium size load is worth the price.read more

The girl that works the night shift hates when anyone goes in there. She's always very rude and…read morerushes us out even if there's a good amount of time before closing. This happened the last two times we were there. She stares us down the whole time. The last time she was telling another employee loudly so we could hear that "we were lucky because she was about to leave." It was 20 minutes before closing and we were just picking up our clothes. And tonight she locked us out on purpose when we were picking up our clothes. She was still working and they were still "open" so she has no reason to lock the door. It's a very unpleasant experience.

Machines are always dirty. This is the worst laundromat I've ever been to it's a bad experience every time. The Old Hispanic lady is always angry at the world and has a crazy obsession with mopping the floor and will get irate at people for walking to areas they need to get to. It's happened to me every time. I was sitting in a chair while the floor was mopped. I head to get up, but an Employee stopped me and put a towel on the floor and made me shimmy my way across the floor while staying on the towel. This is how crazy they are about the floor. It's always a bad environment and the only reason I kept going is because I loaded up my laundry card. Any 5 star review for this place Is clearly fake and most likely made by the people who work here.
