We enjoyed several visits here and a number of different drinks, from mochas and cappuccinos to ristretto and hot chocolate. My only gripe is that we didn't get latte art on some of our drinks, but without explanation. I later discovered that this is because I'd ordered almond milk, which doesn't lend itself to coffee art, although oat milk lends itself better for this. I highly recommend Tradiciones Latte if you're looking for decent espresso. It is definitely one of the better coffee shops in Cancun.

They offer "American coffee", cappuccinos, espressos and other permutations of coffees. But here's the tip: they use the same professional espresso machine to make your "American" coffee" as they do to make the more expensive espressos and cappuccinos, so order yourself the American. I would buy milk in the Royal Market (also located in the hotel) and make myself 3 coffees out of the one large that I bought. Plus, it was really good coffee!

The place is also a restaurant with a full staff waiting to greet you. Just walk straight in and to the left. There will be people behind the dessert counter for the cafe portion of the store. It will also help if you spoke a bit of Spanish because all the staff speaks only Spanish.
