The café occupies one end of the building. I stopped in with a friend for an early lunch, and what a great surprise this turned out to be. Food: Their menu contains regular items as well as some R&D (Research and Development) selections. R&D items are not your typical flavor combinations and are great choices if you like trying different things. We got a couple of hot beverages. My friend ordered the hot chocolate, and I decided to try the special Carrot Cake Chai (with fresh carrots and spices). The hot chocolate was expertly made. It was rich, had excellent foam, and featured special latte art. The Carrot Cake Chai had strong flavor and a wonderful creamy texture. It was a bit sweet for my tastes (and I like sweet), and I didn't finish it. I talked to the barista, and they said they could easily adjust the sweetness level by using one less pump of the syrup. For food, I got the Wisco Avocado Toast, and my friend ordered the Devil Egg Salad Sandwich. My toast was good, with a generous amount of fresh avocado. The grape tomatoes were flavorful, but there was a bit too much of the chili crisp seasoning. The side salad was a small mix of lettuce with a few sliced radishes. My friend really enjoyed the egg salad. It was fresh, flavorful, had the right amount of mayo, and came in a good portion. Service: Super friendly service from the staff. I got a lot of helpful suggestions from the person taking the order, and the barista did an amazing job with the drinks. They give you a number and deliver your meal to your table. Food and drinks came out in a reasonable amount of time. Atmosphere: This place has a terrific layout. You can choose from several different seating areas. Some are set up for a quick meal, while others, like the upstairs area, feel more like a lounge. We sat in the back where there is a couch and several high-top tables. The place has an upscale yet casual feel to it. Before leaving, I picked up several of their sample packs of the most popular sauces: dark, white, and caramel. They will make great gifts for friends. Definitely a place worth checking out or visiting again.

I opted to head upstairs because at the time there was no one up there, but it filled up pretty quickly. I started with the Lucky Pig which is a brown butter almond latte. I also had the Deviled Egg Salad Sando because I can never pass up deviled eggs when it's on the menu. The flavors were outstanding the bread held up well. If I had one critique, the should spread it out more so I get the salad and bread in every bite. As you can see, they lumped it all in the middle which left a ton of plain bread. The ambiance is nice but it does get pretty loud in there with all the people. Sound carries, so when the kiddos are loud it makes it feel that much louder. I can see this being a great place to grab a coffee and lunch while working (cause if you work from home it's nice to get out of the house every once in a while). Parking is plentiful and the service was quick and friendly. I highly recommend making this a spot you stop at when you are in the area.

I usually order the Mocha Latte, which has a good balance of coffee and chocolate. I prefer a little extra foam, so I usually ask for that. One thing I'd like to see is the option of having hot drinks served in a mug instead of only paper cups. They also have a good selection of pastries, including muffins, cookies, and scones. Service: I've always received great service here. Friendly smiles, helpful staff, and quick service make each visit enjoyable. Atmosphere: This location is a unique combination of coffee shop, Jazzercise studio, and Nutman distribution center. They also carry a wide variety of gifts, including crafts, candles, glassware, and greeting cards. It's a fun place to browse if you're looking for a unique gift while enjoying your coffee. It's obviously different from a full coffee shop, and I'm not usually someone who enjoys getting my drinks to go. So I've tried to adjust my expectations and judge it for what it is. Food: The first time I ordered an Iced Caramel Macchiato, which was a first for me. I normally order hot drinks, but the temperatures were in the 90s that day. It was delicious! In fact, it was so sweet that it almost felt more like a dessert than a coffee drink. On my second visit, I ordered a mocha. It was good, but I would have preferred a little more foam. When I mentioned that, they suggested I simply ask for extra foam when ordering. Apparently, to-go coffee drinkers aren't as enthusiastic about foam as I am! The food selection is pretty limited and not especially interesting. There are a few cookies and a dessert bar, but nothing I would normally pair with a hot beverage. Service: The service has been excellent. Everyone I've met has been genuinely friendly, and I enjoyed chatting with the ladies working in the trailer. It's a family-run business, and they made me feel like a valued customer. Atmosphere: It's a charming little spot. The trailer is attractive, well designed, and well maintained. If you'd like to enjoy your drink there, they have a couple of picnic tables set up alongside the trailer. I'd definitely stop by again.
