Coffee is fine. No AC. Most importantly, it took 50 minutes to get through the line and get an iced coffee. Truly so unacceptable for the service to be so slow. Management needs to do a training on increasing efficiency amongst employees- not one employee was in any sort of rush and it's insulting to the giant line of customers. read more

Very quaint. Reasonable prices. Lots of good looking bites to eat. Unfortunately I didn't buy a coffee so I can't comment on the quality of drink. This café sells a lot of coffee gadgets and cute touristy mugs and t-shirts. The décor is very mom-and-pop with deep chairs that you would find at your grandma's. They have free wifi, AND a strong xfinity hotspot gets reception there. There is unfortunately only one outlet in the entire café, but it has many plugs and reaches 3 tables, depending on how long your cord is. An okay spot to get work done if you can snag the outlet, otherwise it seems the only equipped place is the Starbucks a couple of miles away (A shame for a touristy town like this). Chill vibes. Easily the best coffee shop in Falmouth, and one of my favorites on Cape. I am in the process of moving and have bought several pounds of their Fair Trade coffee to take with me! I've never had a bad drink from the espresso bar and they have an impressive tea list. Baristas are always friendly and helpful, even thought this place is always slammed in the summer. Highly recommend Coffee O, and can't wait to come back when I'm visiting family. read more

Fine for a small coffee roaster, but with very nice pastries. The coffee here wasn't anything special, and seating was pretty spare considering the size of the space, but the pastries were tasty. The almost croissant was perfectly flaky and had actual finely chopped almonds inside, rather than paste. Worth checking out if you are in the area and looking for local coffee. read more

Well, the stars have truly aligned with this one. I'm obsessed with coffee and I'm obsessed with Coffee Obsession. Win-win. During a recent stay in Falmouth, this was our go-to coffee shop two days in a row. Support a local coffee shop and get super affordable, delicious beverages all at once? Love it. The first day we enjoyed their lovely back patio that butts up to a bunch of local stores - clothing boutiques and gift shops. The second day we hit the road soon after, but not before I got a coffee, Italian soda with raspberry syrup, and bottled water. I think my total was under $5 which, for this ~city gal~, was truly remarkable. read more

Still obsessed. After having a great experience at the Woods Hold location, I traveled to Falmouth within a few days to try another flavored latte. Like Woods Hole, this shop has an airy and very comfortable atmosphere. It is very welcoming and enjoyable to sip your coffee in. I ordered a honey bear latte, a cocoa java, and scooped out two semi-sweet chocolate covered coffee beans and two cheetah balls, or white and semisweet chocolate covered coffee beans, of the jars near the register. The chocolate on the beans thickly covered the beans and were delicious. They are perfect for those with a sweet tooth!! The cocoa java was really yummy as well, with the chocolate being a very prominent note. It tastes similar to a mocha, only it is made with the shop's drip coffee instead of espresso in the latte. The honey bear latte was really well done and strong in honey flavoring. It in no way tasted like a latte with honey in it, but like beans with honey flavor in them. I am not sure how Coffee Obsession prepares it, but this drink is delicious!! The baristas at this location are efficient and relatively pleasant. Both locations had a steady stream of individuals coming in and out, many of whom sat down in the relaxing space to enjoy their treats. Neither shop was empty when I went in to them, with easily ten people in each even at odd times. Though the flavorings are very prominent in the flavored coffee drinks and the choices are numerous (and difficult to select between--though the sign above the register with the beverage options give the ingredients, from flavor to type of coffee, to help you understand what each drink is crafted with), Coffee Obsession crafts delicious, quality coffee and gives a wonderful coffee shop experience. Needless to say, I will be back again and again. Coffee Obsession offers the best coffee and flavored coffee drinks on the Cape. You will really be satisfied and--undoubtedly--obsessed, like I am, once you have that first sip. read more

You must go to Cape Cod in the Fall and with that you must go to Coffee Obsession... The lattes are perfection. My bf and I can't pass the place by without getting something.. its not called Obsession for no reason. We take our coffee very seriously and we are anti-starbucks. Its a really chill environment, and though the crowd is mixed it is never pretentious. I love that they leave days worth of newspapers around for anyone that needs a ton of newspaper! that came in handy when I had a paper machee project.. I practically did it there! I recommend getting a stuffed croissant, they make them daily and have savory fillings. read more

The good news is that it's the best coffee shop in Falmouth. The bad news is that it's really the only one in Falmouth, except for that Starbucks on the far side of town. Coffees variety is good but the food is not awesome, e.g. muffins wrapped in plastic. If you want fresh muffins and other tasty things consider Pie in the Sky in Woods Hole. The interior is rustic and unchanged from a decade ago. Despite all this, I still like it and I always drop by when I'm in town for a cup or two. read more

My boyfriend and I were exploring Falmouth and came across this charming coffee shop in the process. I'm a huge iced Mocha person and was delighted to find they offered two distinct types: Regular Iced Mocha and Mexican Iced Mocha. Being that we wanted to try both styles of we ordered one of each. The Mexican Iced Mocha was probably one of the best mocha's I've ever had and I've had many, many, iced mochas. It was light, sweet but not overpowering, had hints of cinnamon which were quite refreshing when paired with the ice, mocha, and espresso.The regular Iced Mocha was tasty as well, but not in the same way as the Mexican style. The next time we're back in the area, we're heading straight here and ordering two. The servers were friendly, personable, and extremely patient when I modified aspects of our orders. This was great being we were in a new coffee shop and wanted to get it right! The shop itself is charming with high ceilings, local art work on the walls, great window seats to people watch and/or work in natural light. If we lived here, we'd be here a lot more often! read more

Was looking for a hidden gem in Falmouth this morning. I work in the city of Boston and couldn't take ordering another Dunkin' Donuts or Starbucks coffee. The establishment's name was fitting for me so I thought I'd try it. I was craving coconut and chocolate, like an Almond Joy Iced Coffee. I asked the barista if they had anything like that. With no hesitation she said "no but I can certainly try and make something like that for you." Weirdly, i trusted her even though I'm very picky with my coffee. First time. Looking for a great espresso has been hard in this area, glad I found this place thanks to my aunt in law. No a let down at all. Strong and flavorful great price. It was a cute 90s style inside. Plenty of room and great looking pastries. The reason for the 4 star was only due to the service, we were greeted with a smile, but I honestly didn't understand half of what they were staying. Very soft spoken. I took my daughter to Coffee Obsession after a fall jaunt to Old Silver Beach. The coffee was absolutely delicious and my daughter loved their hot chocolate! I will say that I have had better coffee, but not outside of the NY Metro Area, and in very few places, charging significantly more money. Coffee Obsession is Doing It Right. I know that Dunkin Donuts has a huge fan base in Massachusetts (New York, too ...), so if you're a DD drinker, do yourself a favor and try CO coffee. I feel like so many coffee drinkers don't know what they're missing when there's "small batch" roasted coffee out there for the drinking (I say small batch b/c it sure is as compared to DD. Where do they even roast all their coffee?) I enjoyed the baked goods when I was there, too. Just keep in mind - in the high season, when tourists are in town, CO can get overrun. I know this b/c I was the tourist doing the overrunning. SORRY YOU GUYS. Coffee O has a great vibe with plenty of tables and chairs for reading, working or sharing an unplugged convo with your coffee date. All the coffees I have tried have been delicious but their Mexican mocha is my favorite. Don't get the gluten free cinnamon muffin. If you do, don't be surprised by the wad of unsweetened cinnamon at the bottom of it. If you are still surprised by that and find it as distasteful as my friend did, don't bring it up to the counter. If you do still bring it up to the counter, don't be surprised when they don't care and tell you they can't and won't do anything about it. Because they won't do anything about it. And they'll be pretty proud of that. One of the reasons I moved to Falmouth is due to the vibe this place gives off and the quality of their coffee. It is a good microcosm for the town. I enjoy their almond Florentine and the mocha, but I try not to enjoy them at the same time; too much chocolate in the cookie to enjoy the chocolate in the espresso. I enjoy walking in their when it is quite because everyone is engrossed in what they are reading or when it is chaotic because all the teenagers just got out of school. I stand by what I've written before about this place: it's a nice independent coffee hang out that is not a chain with a great coffee and tea selection. There's just one extremely annoying factor: the gift cards. My mother regularly receives them as gifts and the problem is that you can only use the gift card at whichever location is was purchased at. What I completely fail to understand is why in the world you cannot use the gift cards at both the Falmouth and Woods Hole locations. Seriously inconvenient and absolutely irrational. Also annoying is that it doesn't on the card what location it is good for as the cards are IDENTICAL. We end up going there and having to give like 4 different gift cards to the cashier and have her swipe each one to figure out what works. Beyond stupid and a waste of time. I love coffee obsession! It's my go-to whenever I'm down here. The atmosphere is fun and kind of rustic. The furniture looks like it was donated by locals, or bought at a yard sale, which is cool. Works of local artists adorn the walls, and there is free reading material in the from of the local paper. There used to be a book exchange, but I think that's fallen by the wayside. The coffee is delicious, and measured in small, medium, large and single or double, and really, I appreciate speaking English when ordering. Some orginals are present, too, like the Mexican cocoa drinks. Baked goods could be better... But they're bad for you anyway, and I still love this place on the way to the beach, from the beach, breakfast in town, or just 'cause. There is also free WiFi, so I was trawling the internet via my iTouch, like the huge dork that I am. read more
