I loved the vibe for the shop and how friendly the cashier/ barista was. I got the Cacao Blanco and it was definitely something I would be down to get again. Will come again to try out the different beans and flavors. Excited to have found such a cool spot so close to me. And love supporting Black/ Latinx owned businesses in the area.

Small hot coffee from Ethiopia

The place is a little bit hidden but it is nice, I loved the decoration; very vintage. It was my first time there (April 26, 2025) but I had tasted the coffee before and it is delicious. And let's not forget the service; this morning I had the pleasure to meet Kim, such a lovely person. She was nice, welcoming, polite and helpful... I recommend this place 100% and I will definitely go back again. I'm also really excited for their new location opening soon! Special thanks to Kim and thank you to the owners for bringing us excellent coffee from different countries...

Cafe De Olla (Brown Sugar/Cinnamon)

The coffee is delicious! I got the Cafe del Olla and it was the perfect amount of sweet. The staff is super friendly and the place is really cute!!

I got the the hot Thai tea and it was delicious! The owner was so genuine, knowledgeable and patient as I indecisively determined what I wanted. So grateful for finding out about this gem. I love that they have a rewards program and have their guest in mind when it comes to freshness and choices. The owner's passion for people and coffee/tea is so evident in the way he speaks. I'll be sure to be back and you should give this place a visit. The parking was free and limited on the street. Would love to see snacks that pair well with the drinks here

Random gem in the hood ! Literally ! They have so many coffee options here , they as well have coffee beans for you to roast at home , love that they focus on non euro centric parts of the world for their coffee choices . They also have options such as matcha & Thai tea ! They have dairy free creamer options . They are as well black/Latino owned ! Love that . Not much of a coffee place to sit and like study at , more of a just get your coffee & go type of place . Service is always quick & nice . A must check out for coffee enthusiasts. Parking is a bit BLAH . Find the street always packed & find myself always parking as I shouldn't ( oh no)

ALL VEGAN!! Except one thing that was out of stock lol but this is my new favorite place because I love the Japanese matcha! My babe liked the cacao blanco a lot and we shared the cacao. Omg and the treats aghhhhh we tried a few because we had a sweet tooth but that lemon cake one was ughhhh so good I was about to run inside and get their last two but I thought about the people who needed to try it and experience it ;) haha ahemandmydietahem the pumpkin loaf was good and their olive oil was good too! Five stars!!

Vegan Vietnamese Coffee

What amazing coffee. All natural and vegan. The flavors of their coffee are unlike any I have had before. I had the Vietnamese coffee but bought several of their other unique blends to go. The owner and I think Anthony? We're wonderful and very informative about their brand. They have parking out front and some seating inside. A must try if you are in the area. Check their hours as they are limited.

Columbia Cold Brew Coffee

BEST TASTING COFEE IN ALL LA! New cold brew jug is an absolute must! You'll have coffee del mundo at home and have the freedom to customize and prepare your coffee however you'd like!

I was in the area and finally stopped to try this place. I enjoy checking out new coffee shops. This place is welcoming the person there helped guide us through their coffee flight experience. I tried a hot Nicaragua coffee, it was a nice experience and will be back to try their cold drinks.

WOW! I am in awe of this coffee shop! This has got to be top 5 coffee shops I've been too. The coffee is so rich and flavorful and not overwhelmingly sweet from the syrups they add. I am so happy to have found this place because If you drive to fast you might miss it! This will be my new go to for of course the coffee but also the customer service as well. The barista was so kind and answered all my questions. Add the fact that they're Afro-Latino owned and won awards for their coffee in LA, I am obsessed! You must experience this for yourself!

Pros: coffee variety, travel concept, roast their own beans. Room for improvement: building is a bit stuffy Tips: choose a flavor, choose hot or cold, choose country of origin, then size. Coffee del mundo is true to its name as they have an excellent variety of coffee from around the globe. It was really fun building our own coffees (check tip above for guide). It was our first time and the worker was very informative and pleasant. They worked with our preferences such as roast and caffeine tolerance. This was a nice place to study as they had good wifi, however, we found the place a bit hot and stuffy. Parking was a breeze. We opted for the cacao blanco and cafe de olla with El Salvador and Nicaragua roasts. Cacao blanco is the top selling flavor and was just the right balance of sweet and bold. The cafe de olla was just right and I would recommend both. Overall, very pleased with the service and drinks and can't wait to come back and try new combinations.

50/50 and Cafe De Olla (Brown Sugar/Cinnamon)

loved the vibe inside! menu looked very delicious and i liked the different coffee roast options. the woman working was also very friendly and welcoming to our first time trying coffee del mundo, definitely recommend!!

Stumbled on this place last minute. Came in and was greeted by Anthony. He helped me pick out something I'd like and tan me through the menus top items. Got the Cafe de Olla cold brew and was not disappointed! So good!

You can tell there is so much culture and thought behind the space. The coffee selection is great, and the staff made the experience feel even more welcoming. It's a perfect spot to enjoy a good cup of coffee, relax, study, or simply spend some quiet time. Definitely a hidden gem and a place I'll be coming back to!

There's a lot I want to say about this spot but I'm a try and keep it short lol…read more My first time visiting was this past Sunday, May 31st. I had my whole day planned out with a list of events to attend but first I wanted to stop by Patria and grab some coffee to start my morning off. Located in a parking lot next to Wilson Park on Compton Blvd and Alameda Street you'll find this nice cut lawn in front of this small white building, Patria Coffee Roaster. Depending on your time of arrival, the parking lot can be full but it's cool cuz there's also street parking available. I was able to park in the lot. After walking in I was welcomed and greeted with positive energy from 2 young ladies who I forgot their names but we'll just call them "A" and "C" lol. A guy to my right was sitting next to the window working on his laptop. And two others against the wall sipping their coffees and doing whatever on their phones. A customer was at the register ordering while another customer walked in to stand in line behind me. I let her go in front of me while I took pics and recorded footage. I like the atmosphere and space a lot. It has a very nice decor. Artwork, pictures and murals with history displayed along the walls. Grab and cold drinks available for purchase. Nice music playing that wasn't too loud but just right to complement a chill coffee shop vibe. "A" was friendly and patient as shared with her this was my first visit. As I browsed thru the coffee menu before making my selection I noticed more costumes coming in. I ordered a medium sized Americano which is $3.75 but I requested to add some hazelnut creamer as well as some almond milk which totaled out to $4.75 which was quite exceptional to me. Giving the location, the quality of service and the quality of the coffee. Not to mention to overall experience. I even thru in a $1 tip. I support the business and love the space. It feels welcoming and safe. The restroom was clean. They also have many different events held there. If you're ever in the area definitely pull up and check em' out. It's black owned as well. I actually ended up sitting there in the lot sipping my coffee while working on my video to post on social media. The coffee was good and tasteful. Didn't need any sugar. Great vibes and great coffee. You can even go the park right next door and get your steps in or just chill. I definitely recommend coming here. If you're passing thru the area or coming to the city, do yourself a favor and pull up. Check em' out. Grab you a coffee or something. Prices are reasonable and the community is welcoming to all individuals.

Lastly, I wanted to shout out the two employees working on 7/31 around 8:00 a.m ("BigVee" & a gentleman with longer hair who made my avocado toast) They were both so friendly and welcoming. It was early, so I would've understood if they were still waking up, but they were both bubbly, kind, and made my morning a little brighter.
