About six months ago, we started to get really really bad horrible and unprofessional service for…read moreMission linen supply We didn't know who to call so even after numerous attempts to email the lady who was sending us the bill every month reaching out to our delivery driver... it got to the point where we could just basically not even use the uniforms anymore we tried to discontinue service, but found out that the crooked salesperson had signed us up for a five-year contract.... who signed people up for a five-year contract when they're completely new to the Uniform business and you never experienced their service before? Anyhow, we are now in the process of being threatened for breach of contract after having a minimum of 60 horrible uniforms that are in such bad condition they're not only can we not wear them go and buy our own uniforms so that we can look professional when we serve our local clientele So far trying to resolve this dilemma has been nothing more than a headache costing me as the office manager/owner close to 30 to 40 hours of getting the runaround trying to the situation resolved just now am I getting some communication after months and the main communication is threatening, communication. I just want everybody out there to know anybody entertaining the idea of using their services should be very very careful because judge by the ratings on here and my personal experience threatening, communication. Don't think they have a clue about value, but they will charge you for something hidden crap. Company is poorly ran. Especially serving some of the biggest companies that pay a lot of money.. never fails !

In our five acre yard they chose to park within six feet of my unloading operation. Not a smart place to park, not a safe place to park. They moved the truck out of the danger zone, but common sense would tell a thinking person not to park there at that time. Also the badges on my shirts have been coming off. I have High…read moreFunctioning Autism, which I said repeatedly during interviews and which they said was not an issue, just let them know what I needed as far as accommodations went. They created a position for me as they needed to get their biggest account under control, so I was only supposed to do Data Entry and I ended up doing everything but that once our receptionist went on maternity leave (she never came back). I asked several times for help from the new GM, office manager, and HR person. I explained that I was getting overwhelmed by the amount of work I was asked to do on top of data entry. I was expected to count money and balance routes in a locked closet just off of where the copier and printer was in a supply room (not part of my position), and drop that money off at a bank by myself (not part of my position and they only got a courier when the new GM saw me with the money bag and freaked when he found out I was dropping it off. It was the only kindness he offered). I was expected to print invoices and check sheets on an ancient printer (not part of my position), file those check sheets and invoices (not part of my position), size people for uniforms (part of Customer Service, which only one person was doing, and she kept trying to make me do it), answer phones (which I was only supposed to occasionally do), and sit at the front desk for 4 hours at a time (mine was the longest shift). I approached the GM again, this time requesting an accommodation: I asked that my 4 hour shift be brought down to only 2 hours as I was behind on keying due to having to complete all these other tasks, and needed to catch up. I told him I didn't mind helping out around the office as I knew we all had to share the load while looking for another front desk clerk, however I simply could not keep up anymore without falling behind in my own work load (data entry). I even sent articles and links about my Autism for him to better understand why I was having a hard time. In the end, he denied my accommodation. At my 1 year review, my supervisor and I were in the conference room by ourselves. She tells me that we--meaning herself, the GM, and HR manager--did not feel I was being a 'team player' by asking for my shift at the front to be cut down a few hours. I immediately told her that was untrue; I didn't mind helping, what I asked for was an accommodation in order to get my work done (which she constantly complained about despite my explaining this to her). When I approached the GM and HR manager about it, they claimed they would never allow someone to speak that way about an employee and would look into the matter--they never did. After almost getting hit in the back of the head with a heavy, wooden shelf that no one bothered to put away properly (which would have been bad as I was the only one with the key, and they had me lock myself inside while money counting), suffering sciatica, fever blisters, and falling ill more times than I could count, I was done. I submitted my letter of resignation, gathered my things, and left. But the trouble didn't stop there. They actually tried to block my unemployment, but failed to show up at the hearing; I got it two days after speaking to the judge telling him what I told all of you about in this review. I hope it is a helpful story, one that makes you want to stay away from this company. They are horrible to their employees and their customers--I had more clients calling me upset and wanting to speak to the office manager and GM, who unsurprisingly were unavailable each time. Bottom line, save yourselves the hassle. Go to Sparkle or Mission, they might have a better set up for you!

Once our contract had finally ended, we returned all of our uniforms that then magically did not get scanned in at the hub. We were automatically charged over $3000 in loss charges without notice or invoice, over a month later. Constant phone calls and emails to/with corporate and the general manager (that's as high on the management ladder as I can seem to get), over the last several weeks have been a huge waste of time. All of the conversations I have just seem to turn out to be a slightly more professional version of "Nope". Don't get involved with this company in any way, shape or form. I do not really have too much to complain about when it comes to the actual uniform service we are provided. My beef is with the shady billing practices. Specifically, we have certain recurring items on the bill that are not provided. If you use this company, watch your weekly charges closely. I know that at my facility we have been billed for items not provided, There was an air freshener that was installed and checked and changed weekly that was supposedly installed on a wall outside in a BREEZEWAY for Pete's sake! No one at the facility had ever seen the freshener. When I asked the route driver about this, he said maybe someone stole it LOL. And hand cleaner- we were buying hand cleaner from another vendor, and would put a gallon out about every three weeks, as that is about how fast we were using it. Looking at the bills closely after the air freshener, we were also getting billed regularly for hand cleaner which no one who works here had ever seen provided, And don't get me started on the mats, they are billed every week like clockwork, and they are NOT replaced every week. I give them two stars instead of one because believe it or not, we did try another service and they could not/would not even get the uniforms right.
