I guess this is how businesses are run in the Richmond and just basically all and all in General the VA area. No type of customer service or professionalism. I went to pick my vehicle up and had to point out areas which was not touched. They kept the vehicle another day and cleaned those areas but I should not have to tell them how to do a detail.
