I think this was the pasión plate that I ordered, it was okay. I also got an orange juice that was good.

The food that I order was okay. The service was good, brought out the food quick. The ambiance was okay.

My friend and I ended up at this place thanks to Yelp, and oh boy we loved it! What a cute little place. The service was fantastic, and the coffee was excellent. We liked it to so much that we spent like 3 hours in there. I am not giving it 5 stars because we couldn't use credit cards, it's a cash only place, which is inconvenient. Also the orange juice was pure water and sugar with orange flavoring. If ever in Buenos Aires again I will stop by for sure!

Not sure who marked 2 $$ signs for this place but it's more like 3 $$$. We had two salads and two bottles of water for $427pesos (~$35USD). Salads were ok, I had the salmon one and my bf had the chicken one. Lettuce was a bit wilty- not sure if because the dressing was quite heavy on it. Overall it's okay, a change from all the meat and bread elsewhere but overpriced for the quality

This was one of our favorite meals in Buenos Aires and by far our favorite breakfast. Beautiful, chic ambiance, the freshest pastries and quiches, and excellent coffee. We sat and enjoyed ourselves until we eventually had to pry ourselves out of our chairs to get back to reality. Will be our first stop if we ever have the opportunity to return to the city.

The fondue for two is so nice here and more than enough food for two people. Even though I've seen many people order pizza here we come here specifically for the fondue. They offer beer or wine cheese and I think I like the wine one only slightly better. You get a variety of different dippers from burgundy mushrooms and pickles to apples, grilled chicken and sausages and bread of course. One of our favorite date spots when in BA.

So good. So friendly…read more I work in Buenos Aires, and spend about 20% of my time here. I can't believe I just found this place. They're quite friendly and the food is very good. I was dining by myself; they made a smaller order of fondue for me (I don't know that I'd always expect an exception to the 2-person minimum; they were slow). ZOMG so good! Quality cheese, delicious items to dip. The cheese was sharp and tangy, with a smooth consistency that can be difficult to come by. The dipping items were: poached chicken breast (somehow still quite tender), apples, small potatoes, tiny sausages, pickled onion (quite tangy), prunes, tomatoes, ham pieces, sauteed mushrooms, and of course toasted bread bits. I was stuffed. In spite of that, the waiter brought me a few tiny pieces of brownie they'd just baked, from the pieces they trimmed (I presumed). Really quite nice. I shall be back, not only for fondue but to try something from their impressive list of housemade pastas.

There are nights in Buenos Aires when a place almost wins you over--almost. Voulez Bar is one of…read morethose joints. I walked in wanting to love it, the way you want to love a dive with a good story or a bistro that whispers promises of competence. But the truth? The service stumbled right out of the gate and never quite found its footing. Still... damn. The kitchen and the bar were doing God's work. The Negroni arrived like a small miracle--balanced, bitter, confident. The kind of drink that tells you someone behind the bar actually gives a damn. And the Caesar salad? Stellar. Crisp, cold, unapologetically flavorful. A dish made by people who understand that simplicity is only simple when you know exactly what you're doing. But then there's the other side of the coin--the service that drifted between indifference and absence. Not rude, not hostile--just... not there. And in a city where so many places are there, that lack of care hits harder than it should. Voulez Bar was a single warm gesture away from greatness. A little attention, a little heart, and I could've found five stars in me without hesitation. Hell, even a gentle nudge toward competence and I'd give them 4.5. But service matters. It's the handshake, the welcome, the unspoken pact that your night is safe in their hands. Here, that pact was broken. And no matter how good the food and drink were--and they were damn good--I can't pretend the service didn't drag the whole thing down. 3.7/5 stars. With a sigh, and a promise to come back if they ever decide to care as much as their kitchen clearly does. JB
