It goes without saying that the process of shopping for a new vehicle can be less than pleasant most of the time. I am very lucky I chose to walk into Coconut Point Honda this month. After getting upwards of 50 calls and emails from aggressive, high pressure salesmen representing half a dozen dealerships, I expected nothing less than a stressful and contentious face to face experience. However, from the moment I walked into Coconut Point Honda I was put at ease. I can't speak for every salesperson or employee in the establishment, but I do know it's a smaller, family owned dealership that seems to care about customer service and customer loyalty. I dealt primarily with two gentlemen, Jay and Simon. I think Jay could give tutorials on customer service to other people in the industry. They could definitely learn a lot from this young man. From the moment we met, he answered every question, did not pressure me in any way, was helpful, polite and accommodating. He went out of his way to help me without the constant upselling and pressure applied by most dealerships. The first day I met with him I did not make any commitments or purchases, but was given accurate, clear numbers outlining a couple of options delivered in a no-nonsense concise way. This made me want to return and work with the dealership again. On the second visit I moved forward with purchasing a vehicle and was again satisfied with the price and the customer service I received from both the gentlemen. I worked with Simon on the financing end. Like Jay, he no pressure and quite up front with numbers and expectations. Of course he offered me extras on warranties and services, but let me opt in or out without any pressure or slimy tricks one might read about on the reviews of other dealerships. After purchasing details were squared away, Jay spent all the time necessary to run me through the operating systems of the vehicle, answer questions, etc. He made sure expectations were met and service was delivered at a high standard. My expectations were indeed met and then some. Thank you for your attention to detail and customer service gentlemen! Much appreciated. Keep up the good work Coconut Point Honda. read more

I've been searching for this particular make/model for 3 years. Finally, I was online at the right place at the right time. I bought the car almost sight unseen based on its unbelievably low mileage, web description and the conversation that I had with the nicest sales person on the planet, Michael Wesselman, Jr., at Coconut Point Honda. Everyone at Coconut Point Honda was so accommodating. They took my deposit over the phone because I knew that it would be sold out from under me if I waited (2006 HIghlander Limited with 28k miles). Even the GM's mother wanted the car, but too late...lol. We took care of verification via e-mail and got it all set to go. I flew into Fort Myers and was picked up at my hotel in my 'new' car by the sales person, Michael. It's so shiny! Martin in accounting discovered that the car was eligible for an extended warranty from Toyota - 3 years + 36k miles, so it's really like a I bought a brand new Highlander for less than half price. Thank you, Martin! The General Manager also stopped by to say hello and he was super nice, too. He's sending the new title via FedEx so that I'll have it before I travel, again. The original radio was dead. Instead of selling me a used car with a dead radio, you know because it's used, Coconut Point Honda replaced it with a brand new, bluetooth/USB enabled Pioneer deck. I didn't even have to ask; it was there waiting for me. Everything about this transaction was without fault. The condition of the vehicle, the price and the customer service were so excellent. THANK YOU, COCONUT POINT TOYOTA! read more

I recently purchased a used car from Coconut Point Honda in Florida while residing in Massachusetts, and I cannot speak highly enough of the experience. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless, professional, and reassuring- especially given the challenges of making a long-distance purchase. The salesman was incredibly helpful and honest throughout. Before committing to the purchase, he took the time to FaceTime with me and walk through the vehicle in detail, answering all of my questions and providing transparency about its condition. This level of care and communication immediately built trust. All of the paperwork was prepared and completed ahead of time, making the transaction smooth and stress free. Even during what could have been a complicated process, I felt supported and confident every step of the way. I would highly recommend Eli, Santiago, and Coconut Point Honda to anyone, whether local or purchasing from afar. Their professionalism, honesty, and dedication to customer satisfaction are truly exceptional. read more

I cannot put into words how amazing my experience with Coconut Point Honda was. After having a horrible experience with Honda of Fort Myers, I decided to give another location a try. I called in and asked to speak to a salesman. I was transferred to Jay. I was very specific in providing him details as to what car I wanted and what I could afford to pay. He was very calm and not pushy at all. Called me back within the hour with good news. After applying and being approved, he was able to have the car transferred to their location the same day! I arrived and the process was smooth. Even the atmosphere inside the dealership left me feeling calm and comfortable. The staff worked so well together and provided me with transcending customer service. An hour later, I drove away in my new car at the price I asked for with a smile on my face. Thank you to Jay and the entire team for amazing service and for restoring my faith in Honda! read more

I am highly impressed by the service, pricing and overall professionalism of Coconut Point Honda. Gerard, my salesman was no pressure, very understanding and he was very patient with me as I road tested 4 different Honda models. The manager,Harley sincerely just wants his customers to be happy with their Honda purchase. Harley is so down to earth and friendly you feel like you are talking with friends. I shopped at Germain and Ft Myers Honda and Coconut not only beat the prices of the other dealerships but they were superior in their professionalism and knowledge of the Honda. The staff at Coconut Point are all helpful, friendly and honest. I trust this dealership above all others and will continue to highly recommend them to my friends. Honda is best car in road and Coconut is best dealership in Southwest Fl. read more

I was in a car accident and I needed to find a new car ASAP. My last two cars were Honda Civics and I really wanted another Honda, but I didn't have a down payment (or a car to trade-in) and I didn't think I had the best credit score to work with. At first, I wasn't going to try Honda, but I went on a whim to see if there was anything they could do. Jay was amazing from the very beginning. He and Tracy from Finance (and I'm sure a bunch of other people) worked with me to help me get a car I'm absolutely in love with. And they REALLY worked with me to get the payments down to what I could afford, and overall, they made a bad situation much, much better. If you want a reliable car from a place that really cares about helping people, I recommend Honda of Coconut Point every time. read more

We purchased a new 2017 Honda Pilot here August 24, 2017 and had a best of the best X 10 experience with this dealer. Starting with my first phone contact as an educated buyer with Scott Boschert a Sales Manager. Meeting with Scott face to face, doing our deal and close of the deal with Scott, was a very positive and productive experience for us. We negotiated with Scott what we felt was an excellent price for the Pilot. The follow up help with Salesman Michael Wesselman and Jim Volpe a Finance Manager was also excellent and appreciated. We highly recommend Scott and his team at Coconut Point Honda to any prospective car buyer, for sure you will not be disappointed. read more

Hi - I just purchased a used Honda Civic from CPH after looking at several other dealers in the area for a used, low milage auto for my parents. Bill Fox and the entire team at this dealership combined to make this the smoothest purchase ever. Great, straight forward communication with no games, no pressure. The facility is also magnificent. A wide selection of new and used vehicles, along with the cleanest, most professional service area I have ever seen. We drove away totally happy, with a vehicle that is in perfect order. Go here first, you won't regret it. read more

It's very simple. Avoid this stealership at all times! Dishonest people. Talked it over with my bank and attorney and both said to file a complaint. Don't buy, sell, or trade any car here. read more
