    The ad for the truck we purchased.

    Buyer beware. The owner (Kyle) of this establishment is dishonest! We purchased a 2016 Dodge Ram on 2/16. The advertisement stated the truck was equipped with a "20k direct mount 5th wheel hitch allowing for heavy duty towing capabilities," and noted the hitch cost $1,075 (see screenshot of ad). After test driving the truck and agreeing on a price, my husband checked under the bed cover and found there was no hitch installed. When he asked about it, he was initially told the hitch was not included. After referencing the advertisement, staff stated that an employee had taken the hitch home and would return it on Thursday. We were asked to come back to pick up both the hitch and the registration. On 2/19, my husband returned. He was presented with a hitch that did not fit the truck and was not a direct mount hitch as advertised. There was another hitch nearby that appeared compatible, but he was told that was not the one they were authorized to provide. After contacting the owner, he was informed that only the smaller hitch would be offered. My husband declined because it would not fit the truck and was not what was advertised. He was then offered $200 instead of the hitch, which he declined. We believe the advertised equipment should be honored as represented in the listing. Buyers should carefully review all advertised features and confirm they ate getting what they are paying for.

    If I could give them a negative star I would. I bought a car in January within 10 minutes of me leaving the lot the service transmission light came on. I called immediately and they told me to bring it back in the next morning. The next morning the car wouldn't even start I had to have it towed in on my dollar and take a cab home. It took them six times of having my car over a period of 45 days before they would change a transmission I had to have it towed in an additional time and had to pay for cabs $50 each direction seven times. After everything said and done the car does run however I do not have a valid license because they did not transfer my plates and rather got me new ones. They promised to correct the situation as in everything else they promise to do they did not do it. This has been an absolute nightmare I highly recommend that you go anywhere else in Fort Myers besides them..

    They are scamming people on end of lease terms. Jacking up the price of the buyout and charging high interest rates.

I was redirected from sales to the main service area, from the main service area to the quick lane area which is a separate building altogether. I saw all red X's and the word Exit lit up...as I'm thinking how do I get in there? I drove ahead and made the left into a parking lot and another left and was on the opposite side of the driveway. I put my driver side window down, look at the older and I said I don't know where I'm supposed to be going. He looked past me as if he didn't work there. So I parked in a handicap spot to my right. My daughter and I get out of the car and the same guy that didn't see me when I was in my car is now asking me "Are you here for service?" I say yes. He motioned for us to stay there and then he goes for the clipboard. He starts walking back and forth almost frantically. By this time, we had been waiting for this guy to either come over with the clipboard or say you can head inside...something. He completely ignores us. So I said let's go over here and see what we need to do. As we cross the street, a different employee asks "do you need help?" I said yes. Where do I go for service? Before he can answer me, the other guy who pretended not to see us, then spoke to us, only to ignore us...denies ever even speaking to us at any point. Denies that I spoke to him and says he thought I was having a conversation with my daughter when I initially spoke to him. That was Gary. Scary Gary did not a first good impression make. Mike aka Manager Mike not only listened to my concerns about Gary but he reassured me that he would personally speak to Gary about the issue. Get it together Gary! Mrs. Diane was my service provider. She got me in and out in less than an hour and still went over recommended services and the such. I told Mrs. Diane that if I came back, she would be the reason why.

I initially called the Honda dealer in Estero and did not like anyone I spoke to there. A friend of mine has an Acura and suggested I call Scanlon. So glad I did. I initially called and spoke to someone, but for whatever reason he told me someone else had to call me back to make an appointment, but never did. My friend told me to make an appointment online which I did. My service rep was Jose. Excellent customer service! No pressure, respectful and very professional. They had to order parts since they don't carry Honda parts. Rather than bring my car back and deal with my car potentially not starting and wait again, Jose set me up with a loaner for 4 days. Very much appreciated. Luckily, only one part had to be replaced which cost 40% less than it could have been. As I said, they didn't try to take advantage of me. They didn't force the inspection on me, I always decline anyway because dealers always find something. And washed my very filthy car! I think they may washed extra. Lots of bugs-long drive from Chicago, plus it was not clean to begin with. Anyway, if you have an Acura or even a Honda, definitely go to Scanlon!! Ask for Jose!

I dropped it off because I was told they did not have any loaner vehicles left. I receive a call at 12:33pm saying the tech is working on the vehicle it should be another hour. I call the shop at 3:52pm asking on a status on my vehicle, he said let me check and called me back saying they aren't quite done yet. I finally receive a call at 4:25PM saying my vehicles finished and they can fit me in on Tuesday to fix the problem. By the time I was able to get my car the service dept was closed and the sales workers inside had no idea why I was there. 8 hours later and over $200 to see what going on with my cars electrical system. (Keyless Entry Unit or something along those lines)

They did, I went, I bought and I'm very pleased with the process. I dealt with Tom & Mike, both owners, but everyone I spoke to there was excellent. Their selection was truly excellent. They don't sell anything that isn't pristine. The SL I purchased stIll had some factory warranty left so there were no worries about the car's quality. Prices were fair and they quote "out the door prices", no surprises. If you're looking for quality, high-end cars check this company out.

    Recently purchased a Jaguar from AutoHausFM. All relevant questions were asked regarding condition,…read moremechanical state, etc and were assured that the vehicle was in nice shape. Was informed that the car had a couple of small oil leaks (to be expected) but that everything else was in working order. When the car arrived it was a complete disaster. They grossly misrepresented the car. As you can see from the photos, the engine smokes at idle, half of the engine isn't running and just blows fuel into the exhaust, The headliner was all destroyed from an undisclosed hole in the top, the door doesn't close properly, and in addition to a number of other problems, we found a large scratch and dent on the driver's door. This dealership is not to be trusted. I paid $14,700 ..they offered $8000 to buy the car back. Absolute scam artists.
