This could have been a five star visit but, Gary had to go and mess it up for everyone. I had never gotten a vehicle serviced here and I had become lost on the premises. I was redirected from sales to the main service area, from the main service area to the quick lane area which is a separate building altogether. I saw all red X's and the word Exit lit up...as I'm thinking how do I get in there? I drove ahead and made the left into a parking lot and another left and was on the opposite side of the driveway. I put my driver side window down, look at the older and I said I don't know where I'm supposed to be going. He looked past me as if he didn't work there. So I parked in a handicap spot to my right. My daughter and I get out of the car and the same guy that didn't see me when I was in my car is now asking me "Are you here for service?" I say yes. He motioned for us to stay there and then he goes for the clipboard. He starts walking back and forth almost frantically. By this time, we had been waiting for this guy to either come over with the clipboard or say you can head inside...something. He completely ignores us. So I said let's go over here and see what we need to do. As we cross the street, a different employee asks "do you need help?" I said yes. Where do I go for service? Before he can answer me, the other guy who pretended not to see us, then spoke to us, only to ignore us...denies ever even speaking to us at any point. Denies that I spoke to him and says he thought I was having a conversation with my daughter when I initially spoke to him. That was Gary. Scary Gary did not a first good impression make. Mike aka Manager Mike not only listened to my concerns about Gary but he reassured me that he would personally speak to Gary about the issue. Get it together Gary! Mrs. Diane was my service provider. She got me in and out in less than an hour and still went over recommended services and the such. I told Mrs. Diane that if I came back, she would be the reason why. read more

David Smith and Rich Flaherty went above and beyond to trade me out of the overpriced Mustang and bad financing deal I was talked into by Tamiami Ford and got me into a BEAUTIFUL 2026 Mustang Convertible. I'm from out of town and had some minor damage to my car. It was enough that I would not be able to return home in a week. Galloway was the closest Ford dealer so I went there in spite of the 1 star reviews on this site. I couldn't have been happier. Had no clue where to go as they have multiple buildings. Stopped in at the first one and met a woman at the desk who was friendly and guided me where to go. The next stop they all were most accommodating and in an effort to resolve my issue in the shortest amount of time since I had no reservation sent me to their quick lane building where Mauricio came to greet me. Basically took me under his wing as he looked things over, took me to his office and gave me a quote. I had to leave my vehicle while they ordered the parts and delivered the following day. Was given a ride in their free shuttle back to where I was staying in Cape Coral. Was called the next morning around 8:30 or so that it was complete and ready for pickup. They offered to come and get me but a friend gave me a ride over. Everything went so smoothly and my contact couldn't have been better. I bought the service plan with my new car (like an idiot), so I am stuck bringing my car here. The first oil change, I scheduled ahead and it took more than 3 hours. They said it would probably be better to just use their quick lane service. So here I am still waiting 2 hours and 45 minutes later. After the first visit, they didn't like how I answered their survey so offered to detail my car if i changed it. Not to make me happy. I said no. They sent the survey again and I answered their same way with the added note about the bribe. I'm so over this place. We broke down on Sunday afternoon while in town for a college basketball tournament. A family of five to include children. We had our truck towed to this dealership while closed, but one of the service providers happened to be inside decorating for the holidays. Barry helped without hesitation and took immediate action in ensure that our vehicle got attention when they opened on Monday morning. We were assigned Tina k to take care of us. She was just as helpful and compassionate. Everyone in this dealership was super sweet to us to include Debbie at the desk. We could not stay for investigative service as we all needed to get back to our lives but this crew made us feel very very lucky to have encountered them. Tina showed us how to connect the car to the app, which the dealer that sold us the vehicle six weeks earlier never even mentioned (their review coming). We have our Ford Edge under an extended warranty as we bought it used. While driving home from Lakeland the cruise control suddenly stopped working. Made an appointment at this Ford dealer to get it fixed. Brought it in, gave the service people all of the warranty information and went home. Got a call awhile later or the next day, who knows! Oil changes take a day to do at this dealership! Well, when we got the call, the moron who was doing the service on our vehicle told us that it wasn't covered!!!! When asked why, he said that the bracket (plastic bracket mind you) had broken off due to the car being in an accident and the warrant company won't cover it! Albeit this Ford Edge has been a nightmare from day 1 and is a huge POS, this car has NEVER been in an accident and now they want over $2500 to fix it when it should have been covered by the warranty. Not sure why the service idiot that looked at the car decided that it had been in an accident and why they told the warranty company that it had and basically was a bold faced lie but he did and now we're stuck with a car and a drive several times per week back and for to Lakeland without the cruise control. We are now trying to fight with the warranty company on getting this fixed. Like I said, the part is plastic and it's Florida so this thing could have gotten hot and brittle and broken off, who knows. But we are very and deeply disappointed in this dealership and its service department. Again, we don't know the service man and not sure why he lied to the warranty company because as I said, it was never in an accident. I had a death in my family and notified the company I would have to take time off at this time I was told I would not be paid because the paperwork I turned in was insufficient. In the beginning of my employment I turned in my drivers license ,a copy of the insurance card and a picture of the license plate. Management member assured me it would not happen again and offered to rectify the issue if I returned. I called, and called, and called, and left messages with a live person to ask a very simple question about a service they provide. A call center answers but no one in service will pick up. 24 hours later and no response. Typical auto dealer. Can sell the product but after it's drop the ball and forget you. A two star for the call center reps at least trying to help. I would not want to work in that call center if there is no cooperation from the service and sales people. read more

I purchased a 2022 Bronco Sport and I was too from the very beginning of the purchase. The credit department lied to me. They over sold car to my wife and me. They told us that the only one credit bank would cover us and obligated us to purchase a gap insurance and an extended warranty. We imidiateley went to a credit union being federal workers in history and they offered a loan one year less than the dealers car loan and for almost a hundred dollars less a month. They also said that we were not obligated to purchase the gap or the extended warranty. So we did the refinance with them immediately and within 30 days and fighting with the dealers credit department got about almost $4,000.00 back. Then the service department was another lying nightmare that we had to turn around and file a complaint with the Ford Headquarters but in the long run they only tossed us back to the dealer service managers that continued to lie through their teeth. In the the last service they lied and used an incredible lie of a wiring harness that I had a uhaul tech install to hitch a trailer being the cause of an electrical problem with the back lighting. Come to show they left the harness disconnected. When the tech and I checked what happened at my house the fuse was blown. So the harness was not working at all. So the alleged excuse by the diagnosis of the Sam Galloway service department proved to be a lie. Then we also realized that they had left my harness wiring hanging in the middle of the vehicle about 8 inches from the ground that could have struck the ground while I was driving and started a spark and started a fire and even caused the vehicle to blow up on me. read more

We couldn't have our other issues addressed because we couldn't leave the truck for several days. An older gentleman I know here in Fort Myers, towed his escape to their service department to replace battery. When he got the vehicle back the battery indicator on dash keep saying replace battery. Called service dept and they said they would send someone out, never showed. Called several times and was transfered to dead air. Looking at the receipt they chaged him $300 for a reconditioned battery with no warranty. Looks like same battery that was in there in the first palce. This was on top of the $300 for labor. What a racket. I would think twice of buying a car from them or using thir service departmart. read more

This place is the biggest joke in Lee County! I brought my vehicle in for maintenance, after almost two weeks with minimal communication (I kept calling) I finally got my vehicle back just to have the same issue arise that same day. I called immediately to get it rescheduled just to find out that I couldn't schedule for another month and a half. I live 30 minutes from the dealership so I informed them I would not make an appointment until they could confirm that there was a rental available. I waited a week to get a call back stating they had a car so I scheduled my appointment. A month and a half later I bring the vehicle in, get it checked in and come to find they have no vehicles available. Everything with this dealership; sales, service & parts is all on their time and with no urgency. They never keep their word and give you the run around. We purchased a Lincoln Navigator Black Label exactly a year ago. Unfortunately we lost the key fab for it and called to see what would be needed to replace it. We called the Ford/Lincoln parts department who said that they only had a single key fab at a cost of $199. The representative then called the Lincoln service department to verify if we purchased the fab they would be able to program it. We were told it would take an appointment and the soonest available was 3 weeks away We were able to find an after market key fab for half the price and took it in to have it programmed. After an hour waiting a service representative came out and told us that the charge was $200 per each key fab and if it was after market there is only a 50% chance the programming will work, but it would still be $200. The service representative quickly pointed out that the "key" that is in the fab did not easily come in and out. Weird!!! The whole point of a key fab is so that you don't have to use a key, but click a button, which he never tried. BUYER BEWARE!!! Black Label means NOTHING for service!!!! We have had 4 Lincoln Navigators and this will be the last. There are several Lincoln service departments in SW Florida and I would recommend you try those before Sam Galloway. I was able to buy key fabs for $95 https://oemcarkeymall.com/ and had discount locksmith program both fabs successfully for less than half of what Lincoln charged, they came to my home to do it. read more

I didn't go to Galloway expecting a good outcome, but my salesperson Shelly Thomas was beyond outstanding, there isn't only one thing that she did, it was the entire deal. Shelly listened to my concerns, plans and budget. She found the perfect car for my family and made the entire process as smooth as possible. I wish there were more salespeople like her! Shelly introduce us to Jeff, and he was wonderful with the finance portion of the deal, but it was all Shelly and her goal to find us the perfect vehicle and making sure we were happy. I will defiantly go back to Shelly in the future for my next vehicle. I wouldn't bring your vehicle in for service, I had my work truck there for two weeks for some repairs. Once I picked it up I needed to get gas as I got there I noticed my cooler had been stolen out of the bed. It was chained down with a lock. The service advisor told me the best I could do is file a police report. Ok that's fine what about my 400 dollar cooler, he pretty much said just file a police report. Him and the manager are a joke. I least a new 2022 Explorer 13 months ago and took delivery with out rear A/C controls. The Staff a Galloway told me that Ford would send me a notices when they would install the controls. They have never gave me a date As to installation . I bought the car from Galloway so now I'm looking for Galloway to make it right after all these months.
